At Piedmont ENT in Atlanta, GA our doctors and support staff are able to provide a complete range of ENT services to clients.
First, I wanted in the waiting room for aobut 30 minutes. Then they took me to the patient room where over all I waited an hour & a half. In that time the nurse numbed the inside of my nose for the nasopharyngoscopy. By the time the doctor even made it to me, the numbness had worn off. She tried unsucessfully to perform the n..scopy and so I left. Two weeks later I got a bill for the full amount even though she didnt not perform the n..scopy and all I did was sit & wait for two hours. If the doctor had any ethics, she would not have charged me for a service she didnt perform.

I've been going to Piedmont ENT since 2004. Dr. Chin did my nasal surgery and I've never felt this good in my life. I can actually breathe again, and it's amazing. I'm now on sublingual drops instead of shots and I've noticed a big difference already. Amazing staff. The allergy department is wonderful and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this group.

I've had sinus infection for years and was referred to Dr. Chin for evaluation. He is not so quick to jump on surgery. However, I eventually needed surgery and he did a fantastic job. Now, I'm on allergy shots (which he monitors reguarly) and I've had much less sinus infections and feeling great!

Maybe I just had a bad experience with Piedmont ENT but I am still telling stories about the incompetence I encountered there. I waited forever to get in to see the doctor only to be referred to a PA. I was put through a battery of very expensive and time consuming tests. I was actually pretty sick but after the all tests, Dr. Rollins did not prescribe anything. I got to see Dr. Rollins for a total of 12 minutes. My visit to Piedmont ENT , including all of the test that were ordered ended up costing over $4,000 and for all of that, I got nothing. I was under the care of another doctor who happened to diagnose and treat the problem; I was seeing him for something totally unrelated to the problem I went to Piedmont ENT to address. One of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor.

I really like going to a place where they get it right the first time. You don't have to worry about the doctor not being sure. I go to them every year for my allergy treatment.

My family has been seen by both Dr. Rollins and Dr. Michaelides and both are highly recommended. Two separate surgical experiences that went smoothly - very good experience. Nice staff and super care.
