I read some of the reviews on pig n chik and have come to the conclusion that some people just want to get on here to write a bad review. PNC is by far the best bbq in Atlanta. I have had bbq from highland, NC to texas, and pig n chik ranks in my top 5 for sure.

Great smoky flavor on the pulled pork, great Brunswick stew, and really good sauces in three style (Memphis, NC vinegar based, Sc mustard based). Pretty good sides besides the stew, including friend okra.

Not great but not bad either. they are really more of a take out place as the restaurant is a small place that calls you to pick up your food at the counter. Their brisket is good, ribs not so good and the sides are ok. I think that KC pit BBQ down the street is better overall, and it is a real restaurant.

Great barbecue in a strip mall! Wow! Try the brunswick stew - best I've had since my grandmother passed away (her homemade stew was amazing). Excellent pork, chicken and beef. Outstanding! Great choice of sauces and sides too!

The pulled pork at Pig-N-Chik is second to none in Atlanta, in my opinion. They also don't put the sauce on for you, you can choose the type of sauce you like & they have several options covering the variety of sauces across the South.

Despite (or perhaps because of)its spartan setting, Pig-N-Chik's BBQ tastes even better when it is to-go. We especially like the pulled pork, but we've always found every item well-prepared.
