You will never find a more caring vet than Dr. Dunn. Our Feline Only Vet retired and we had a very bad experience (traumatic for cat)with the new practice owners/vets so I went on the search for a new vet who was knowledgeable and current on feline care. I found Dr. Dunn and read about her experience and interest in feline care, not easy to find in a general companion animal clinic. It was a great decision. Winston J. had had IBD since kitten-hood and had become very afraid of vet visits. She was so caring and understanding of him and provided thoughtful and knowledgeable treatment. Enter Domino, a stray who decided he liked our covered back porch. Couldn't find an owner so we scooped him up and away to Dr. Dunn. After a full checkup we made him part of our household. In late 2014, Winston J's IBD worsened, resulting in surgery and biopsy. No cancer but news was not all good. Continued problems and Dr.Dunn did everything in her power including research, and consulting with a number of colleagues and experts. Indications were of cancer. As he worsened, Dr. Dunn cared for him with almost daily contact without visits that would cause him near hysteria. We lost the battle and our beloved Winston J. on Christmas Eve 2014. I will be forever grateful for her wonderful, thoughtful care of him and her continued care of Domino.

My biggest cat Orias decided to have some bathroom problems, so I took him in for a check-up. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, and took the time to put my cat at ease (he is *very* nervous). They also took the time to talk with me about factors that may be causing my cat to have his issues. I definitely will be bringing my other cats to this vet, they are fantastic, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable, especially for the A+ level of service you receive.

We took our two rat terriers to see Dr. Dunn and had the best experience ever. Both dogs are timid and take a while to get used to strangers. Dr. Dunn took the time to let our dogs get comfortable with her and they were much calmer than at any other vet. Pricing was very reasonable and we didn't feel like we were constantly being "upsold" on treatments, etc... Both dogs had their teeth cleaned in Feb. (National Pet Dental Month) for a discounted price and did great. Even if I didn't live near-by, I would travel from anywhere in the Atlanta area to have this kind of positive experience again.

My dog Polly and I had the best ever veterinary visit when I took her for annual shots. The staff and Dr treated us both like we were royalty. Polly was so comfortable, she barely noticed the shots. We were seen promptly, the Dr was through and the fees very fair. We have found the best veterinary hospital ever!

On behalf of myself and the entire staff, welcome to Pine Mountain Veterinary. We are very happy that both you and Polly were so happy with your visit. She is a very sweet dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting both of you. Thank you for choosing us for her care.
My friend and I found a skinny shaggy dog in NC, with no room at the local shelters, we piled him into the car with our three other dogs and drove him to Ga. When my regular vet could not see him, we called Pine Mountain, they agreed to check out the dog and give hima much needed bath. They were so kind to this frighted creature. They understood his special needs and took great care of him. Dr. Dunn is now my new vet for all my animals! I cannot say enough good about the personal care that I received. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much for your kind words. It was particularly rewarding when you brought him back for a follow up and he was so comfortable with us. We look forward to your future visits with us.
I would highly recommend this vet clinic. Dr. Dunn is highly knowledgable. She has great tableside manner and our puppy loves going in to see all of her "friends". Dr. Dunn and her staff listen to your questions and they are thoroughly answered. The follow-up calls to check on your pet are sincere and welcomed. Office hours are great with some late evenings and early morning hours.
