Don't be fooled by the cute girly decorations. I was. I wanted 40 special Pooh cupcakes for my daughters 2nd B-day. I talked with Tiffany (the owner) and told her I wanted a sitting Pooh with bees on each cupcake. This is what she made me... neon yellow cupcakes, 12 of them had plastic dollar store Poohs, Piglets, and Tiggers on top, 14 of them were white with weird looking bees, and others had nothing on them at all except brown sprinkles! Tiffany saw the disappointment on my face and said "you didn't give me enough time to get you all Pooh's"!! 3wks is not enough time for the dollar store to restock on the figurines! (I know these are from the dollar store because I bought them for my daughter). I could have made these cupcakes myself or bought them at Walmart and they would have done a better job. She put no thought into them. Also they were put into boxes with cupcake holes so they will stay in place while driving but her cupcakes were too small for the holes and they slid under the holes messing up the icing. One of boxes of cakes was ruined. She is sloppy and unoriginal. Tiffany did not care that I was not satisfied with the cupcakes or that she didn't even make what we agreed on. After leaving the bakery I got half way down the street when I decided to turn around and ask for half of my money back. I thought it was only fair. She only gave me $40 out of the $140 I paid. I am a mother of a 2yr old and 9wk old and I re-did the cupcakes b/c I was embarrassed by them.

The place is cute; customer service is lacking. Called Pink Pastry to setup a preview for my daughter on a Friday advised to come on Saturday not given a time to come. When I arrived, a party was going on and advised to come back. Took me 45 min to get there and I don't get off until after they close. Advised when I called, it would have been nice if they had given me a good time to come so my child could have seen the facility. We were looking to book the three hour super party for 20. We were advised to come back another time because their facility was over the top. I've been there before and it was comparable to other places I've gone too. Priced higher and did not answer telephone during business hours. Advised my child could peek through the window to see if she liked the facility. And that they were pretty much booked until February. I guess when business is good, you don't have to worry about customer service. We booked elsewhere the same day after the conversation.

This cute pastry and party venue is the epitome of girly. I was thoroughly impressed when my daughter's homeroom had a sleepover party at the facility. Tiffany (the owner) was sweet, energetic and welcoming. The entire place was decorated so well it made me want to go home and paint my house pink to capture that same "fun" feeling I had when I walked into Pink Pastry Parlor. WE WILL BE BACK! Such a great vision went into creating this (I wish the idea was mine)! :-)
