I found the pinnacle website online and ordered two parts, a motor mount and a front fender. Shipping from other online parts places for the fender was about 60 bucks, Pinnacle was charging 29 bucks, sweeet. About a week after I ordered, I was waiting for my parts to appear, when I got a phone call from Pinnacle stating they were getting my order together and they wanted to let me know the shipping was a "little" more than the amount quoted. Like $96. I asked how could that be when the website quoted me so much less. They said the shipping is done by a matrix, and if I read the website (fine Print) it would have told me that certain parts of large size will cost more to ship. Aparently the matrix doesn't know how big a fender is. I told him if I had known the fender was $100 to ship, I wouldn't have ordered it. They did let me cancel the order, but I would have liked to have had the motor mount a few days ago when I could have installed it. Now still waiting. Never again from Pinnacle

My brother found a car he wanted at pinnacle Nissan and was working with Anthony. There were features on the car that he had questions about and Anthony kept askin us "why does that matter?". If we are about to pay 15-17k for a car, don't question us on why we want certain features. He was a lil snobbish in the way he was asking and the financing of the car was just a circus.

Our sales and service experiences with Pinnacle Infiniti/Nissan, and with Infiniti of Scottsdale, were consistently expensive, annoying, and aggravating. The behavior of both sales and service representatives crossed over into the unethical. Thanks to them, the day we sold our Infiniti was one of the happiest days of our lives.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealer 8 months ago ($20,000). When I recently got a flat tire and pulled out the spare for the first time, I learned that they provided me an unsafe to drive on, BALD spare tire. When I called and asked if they would provide me with a usable spare, they told me that they had no legal obligation to provide me with a usable spare and that they would be happy to "sell" me a spare tire. The salesman said "shame on you for not looking at the spare when you bought the car" and reminded me that I bought the car "as is." I don't think it was unreasonable to expect that the car would come with a decent spare tire. (They also sold me a tire warranty that would not repair the flat tire.) VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. This is why used car salesmen get a bad rap--in this case, it's well deserved.

I love my new Maxima, but if it weren't for my husband dealing with shotty salesman, misrepresentation and hour after hour at the lot and on the phone - I would not have this car. We still are missing our 2nd key and once you sign the papers good luck if you have any problems.

This is just what you'd expect in a car dealership. High pressure and some slight of hand. You need to be well-versed and ready to negotiate when you arrive otherwise, they'll eat you alive.

There was a seat belt recall on my 1987 nissan sentra, and I took it to Pinnacle. The guy at the parts desk was very helpful. He did all of the footwork of finding the recall information for me, so all I had to do was set up an appoinment and show up. Above and beyond the call of duty! I also bought a part from them, and since they didn't have it in stock, they had it shipped to my house at no charge! Pinnacle wins again!
