Nasty, lying manager "Gail" or something like that. I had a store credit because they messed up my order a couple months prior, and when I went to redeem it, she said she had no record of it, and then went on to tell me that since it was a couple months ago, the credit wouldn't be accepted anyways. When I asked if she was saying that their credits expire she said yes, and it's a corporate thing. I then asked if she could just give me that credit, and she said that if she gave me a $5 credit, she would lose her job. I then inquired is she was serious that as a "manager" of the store, she'd loose her job over a $5 credit, she said yes. After a little more probing, her story started to change, and when I pointed out that she had just lied to me, she got verbally aggressive (bordering on abusive) and then hung up. Ultimately, it's slightly below-average pizza and wings, but the completely unprofessional attitude and behavior of the manager ruins the place. I'd suggest everyone go down the road to any of the other pizza and wing places and avoid the low-class establishment.

Just thought that I'd help them advertise the new raw/crispy pizza. When ordering a pan pizza online my special instructions that I left were to make the pizza extra crispy. Well, It arrived completly opposite. The center of the pizza was doughy and uncooked. I left a message for a manager to call me and also sent a comment card via email through their customer satisfaction link on the website. Haven't heard back from them yet it's been almost a week now. They also charge a $2 delivery fee. I'm silly I guess because I thought that the over priced pizzas would have covered it.
