When I visit Chicago, I will always go to Uno's as well as Giordano's. Both have excellent crusts, but both offering something different. Uno's takes a bit longer to prepare, but never disappointed. Smaller restaurant - cozier. Just love those Chicago stuffed pizza's!

If you've never had truly deep dish Chicago pizza, this place is oneof the granddaddies of them all. Deep dish is an acquired taste if all you've experienced is a New York style pizza. don't get me wrong, I've gottne nothing against NY pizza, it's just different ball game. The flavor of the deep dish is heavier on the cheese and tomatoes. Remember they're making a pie here. It is a truly wonderful experience.
