This place is a mess. They sell thousands of trial weeks on Groupon, but only have hundreds of time slots. See a potential problem? The entire time, which will be hours to try a few services, you're listening to frustrated employees and clients try to fit more people into the already full time slots. Their "facial" requires you to wash first, but the restroom is occupied with a wait, and there's already someone waiting for the "facial" machine. You have to book your services weeks in advance. It's a joke! To "try" their services they will try to sell you a minimum of $120 in products. (their lowest priced products) They claim the lotions you use at other tanning salons, can't be used because they will, "damage the acrylic on their machines", so without the purchase you can't use your paid trial week. The only services you can "try" without purchasing their overpriced products, made with cheap ingredients, have no time slots anyway. Warning, before you buy a trial offer: DON'T! It's a scam. The staff have snooty, hard sale attitudes, and will say ridiculously false things to get you to purchase their overpriced inferior products. They act as though you're trying to take advantage of them, when you try to book services with your PAID trial! Are the people giving this a good review friends of the owners? All I heard in the spa -frustrated clients complaining in person and by phone.
