Personal training helps establish personalized programs that are practical, efficient, safe, and successful by providing information to clients on nutrition and fitness education, proper posture and exercise technique, cardiovascular and strength training, body composition, and flexibility development. In addition, personal training is available to accommodate individuals with chronic health problems, or those seeking more rigorous physical training, such as athletes, body builders, and high.. level exercisers.
Every calendar year, Wellness Center members are entitled to one free personal training consultation. A consultation is a 30-minute meeting with a personal trainer where a client can discuss their fitness goals and expectations. Based on this along with a client's health and fitness history, the personal trainer can make recommendations on future exercise program options
