Used them for over a year but recent months service has gone down and prices up. Some guy today left me waiting in the drive-through so that he could chat, only when another car behind me came up did he stop goofing off...will not use them in the future.

I used the Hickory Flat Platinum cleaners exclusively since it opened but am now moving on to a new cleaners due to owner Greg Holloway not only refusing to take responsibility for damaging my clothes, but also because of his rudeness and unprofessionalism. If you have a problem and need to talk with him, be prepared to be persistent for him to even return your call. Then, if he is unable to convince you that the customer is always wrong, he ends the call with "click". Very nice. I am left with a stained $40 new shirt (stain appeared and was not removed courtesy of Platinum Cleaners), and 14 halves of buttons on a single shirt. The button shirt is approximately 4 years old and has been laundered many times. ALL buttons were broken during a single processing! Greg assumes absolutely no responsibility for poor handling and insists that buttons were poor quality from the manufacturer. Isn't it amazing that they held up for 4 years? If you are looking for a cleaners that appreciates your business and takes responsibility for its mistakes, keep on looking -

I used Platinum in Alpharetta but unfortunately he sold to the "typical" dry cleaner owner. If something happens to your clothes, Greg will make it right. Excellent service, great communication.
