I purchased a 20 year old house in Feb. 2010 that had poly-butyl piping. I called several companies for quotes on replacing pipes in the entire home. Mike offered up two quotes for the work, one using PVC, one for copper. At no time did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive solution, but I chose copper because I wanted to do it right and do it once. It took about 5 days to do the entire two story home. Although this can be a very large effort, Mike and his guys did a great job on minimizing the amount of Sheetrock work that was subsequently needed. They also realigned piping for a bathroom toilet that I would have missed which made a huge difference in the bathroom layout. They cleaned everything up afterward and after one year I have had absolutely no issues. The cost for the whole job was $4700.00, which was an excellent price, and I would definitely recommend PlumbPros for future work.

We had a chronic problem with a leak in our shower. Bill from Plumbpros evaluated the situation, gave us a short-term and a long-term solution, and a cost estimate for both. He returned a few days later to make the repair we chose, did it quickly and efficiently, and stuck to the estimated price. He also noticed that our outdoor faucet was leaking and had frozen in sub-20 degree temperatures; he unfroze the valve with his torch and shut it off for us as a courtesy. We will definitely call Plumbpros again and recommend them to our friends.

You are always a little nervous when you have to have something repaired last minute, but I tell you the guys at Plumpros didn't take advantage of me and did a wonderful job in the bathroom. They are great !!

PlumbPros came out and diagnosed my problem as a failing PRV. They were prompt (both for the estimate and the day of the repair), had fair prices, and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely call PlumbPros again, should the need arise.

Had Plumbpros out and found their service to be leaps and bounds better then their local competitor. From appointment setup to work completion, they really dedicate themselves to customer service.I even purchased a service agreement because of the high level of satisfaction I received.

I called PlumbPros out to help me with a few small items needing repair. The technician was very professional, well manicured, and very polite. After he was done with the work, he completed a free inspection to make sure the current plumbing system was safe. I felt well taken care of. And prices weren't too bad either. I will call them every time I need a plumber from now on!

While I cannot go into detail. Lets just say. I had 5 year old waterheater that I cut off 3 months ago. I needed someone to just come out and turn it on. By the time they finished "checking" everything I pretty much needed a new waterheater. I got a second opinion. Not even close. None of what was detailed was an issue. Didnt need to replace burners or anything else. I would never call this office again for any reason.

This customers water heater was not installed properly. The vent on top of the heater was creating a very unsafe situation. Carbon monoxide was going into home. The homeowner wanted us to just lite the heater and walk away. Thats not how we do things at our company. Safety is a major issue with us and should be treated very seriously. The homeowner didn't want to meet us on the job so that we could show him which also helped lead to this customer's problem. The burner assembly on this heater is also under recall from the manufacturer. We offer options to customers on all of our jobs. This homeowner wouldn't let us get past the first option. He was only going to accept liting the heater and walking away. If he found a company willing to take the risk and just lite the heater than they can accept the responsibility.
Just had Plumbpros out today - was so impressed I wanted to write a review right away. I was very nervous about what my charge would be to repair an outdoor water line that was broken. Caleb came out on time, gave me a reasonable quote & finished the work in a few hours (even worked in the rain). Cleaned up everything when done. Thank you so much Caleb for making this a stress free situation and making me feel confident I didn't get ripped off. I know who to call and who to refer to friends now. We need more companies like this around!

We had a new sink installed by Plumpros Plumbing Company. It was the same day that we called them that they came out. The sink looks good and doesn't leak what more can you ask for.

I recently used the guys at PlumbPros to install a gas line for a new range and also to install a new hot water heater. Michael and Caleb were both very friendly and professional. Their work was of the highest quality at a very fair price. I highly recommend them. Acworth, GA

Called this past weekend to make an appointment ....Talked to Mike and he assured me that they would be here between 11-1 on Tuesday. I went with him due to the fact that it is a small comapny with a family feel and commitment.....I WAS WRONG!, I took 3 hours off work to wait and wait and wait, about 10 minutes before the scheduled time was to expire the tech called to say that he would not make it. 5 minutes later they called to reschedule, stating that everything is cool because they are still within their 2 hour time frame....sooo sorry.... not willing to work with me they told me to contact somebody else....lol, and I will! there are 500 plumbers in the Atlanta surrounding area that will not waste my time. I have had better luck waiting for the cable company!!! Too many other choices to have to deal with a company like this!

We have never told one of our customers to call someone else. We give two hour time frames unlike the cable company. We do this so that our customers are not waiting all day on us. This day it didn't work out and the customer didn't seem to want to work with us. We are a very timely company. All other reviews are perfect. Even though we try to be, we are not perfect.
Family owned, and operated, this plumbing company can do all of the work of the larger corporations, but without the attitude you tend to get from the Roto-Rooters of the world. Master Plumber Michael, was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, and had us flowing again in no time. The cost of their services is more than reasonable, and they will get the call from me, everytime I need them without hesistation. Thanks again Plumbpros, you are the best!!
