There are many good reviews here, so unfortunately I used them. Richard was not professional, twice he did not show up when he said he would. AND I had to call him to check on what happened. His prices seemed okay but overall I would have rather paid more for a real professional. He never followed up with me. He ended up not being able to fix my pond's leak, what a waste of time/money.

I wish I had known that you were unhappy. I try really hard to make everyone happy, but sometimes I fail. If I had know I would have made every effort to fix the problem, or refunded your money. have made some changes so that I am not pulled in so many directions at once and can be a lot more proactive, and get things done more quickly.
Richard & crew came out today to clean our pond [had his Kudzu coupon], best cleaning I have ever had! His guys worked for 6 hours to get it right [as my pond was pretty dirty]. Rich is very knowledgeble! Highly recommend!

We've used the services of Pondscapes Atlanta for several years, and they have always done a fantastic job! Their work is wonderful, they are easy to schedule, and they always come when they say they will. They are also fun to work with, as the people are great!

I priced waterscape services with several vendors. Pondscapes was by far the best. The company is mostly a one person operation, so it can take a while to get Rich out, but when he arrives he does very good work. And more importantly, he's honest. He answered all my questions and never cheated or deceived me. I've received many compliments on my waterscape. All told, I'd recommend Pondscapes.

We would and HAVE recommended Pondscapes to our friends. They listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that were very helpful in incorporating the pond into the existing landscape. Very courteous and professional.
