After a workout at the gym recently, I discovered that my car and home keys were missing. After a day, I lost hope that they would re-appear. I did not have an extra set of keys for my vehicle and became discouraged upon learning the amount it would cost for the dealer to make a new set. How thrilled I was when I recalled that my AAA membership includes vehicle lockout service, and when I called the agency, they dispatched Heather from Pop-A-Lock. She was kind, efficient, warm, funny, and professional. I was so happy to regain access to my vehicle...and to have the honor of meeting someone who so obviously finds joy in her work. I would imagine that anyone in need of a locksmith is experiencing some kind of crisis, and the challenges of the situation are greatly lessened when help is provided with a willing and encouraging spirit like Heather's.

So.. I was putting up my groceries and I accidentally bumped the door shut. I go for the handle... Locked! My baby was in there... I was freaking out. So I'm going door to door frantically trying all the doors.. Henry is cooing and smiling at me. Luckily the man parked next to us saw me in trouble, so he gave me his cell to call for help. I call Pop-a-Lock and they saved the day. They came really fast and I'm so grateful.

I'm no stranger to locking my keys out of my car so I've had more than enough experience with locksmith companies. Thank God there is at least one honest locksmith business in the Atlanta area. I locked by keys out of my car at night and called to see the difference between after hours and normal and it was only 20$!! Not only that, they don't quote one price and then come and double it. The only thing I wish could change is the hour I spent searching through garbage companies to finally find you guys! Thank you SO much

My charge (the child I care for) locked himself in my truck one rainy morning. Pop-A-Lock made our case a number one priority and came to our rescue as quick as they could. Within seconds of his arrival, Ken (I think that's his name) had the truck opened and our day was saved! Great service-- I'll always use Pop-A-Lock if I ever have need for a locksmith again. Thanks!

A couple of weeks ago, I was at the park with my mom and daughter and fell and broke the key to my Land Rover Discovery. I called AAA and thank God they sent out Dave from Pop-A-Lock. I didn't realize how difficult it is to make or repair certain car keys and what was involved. It was a Saturday and neither Pop-A-Lock or the Land Rover dealers could get a key code until Monday. This meant my key couldn't be repaired or replaced until then. Fortunately, Dave got very creative and was able to take my broken key and make a new ignition key from scratch. He even charged me 50% less since the key was just for the ignition. Thanks AAA and Pop-A-Lock.

This is absolutely untrue - every single word of it. Unfortunately, locksmith scammers can make up stories to try to bring down reputable companies. First, we give final quotes over the phone. Unless you are looking to purchase high security locks or something very specific, we do not have to go to your home to give an estimate. None of our locksmiths had an appointment on Friday like this. Absolutely none of them would have said that they would email you an estimate. None of our locksmiths email or fax anything to anyone. If you called the office, you would have spoken to absolutely one person and that would have been me and I would have been the person to mail or fax you something. Again, I'm sure this is a locksmith scammer that is trying to bring down our ratings. It's unfortunate but this does happen.
I just want to give Kudos to David D for coming out within 45 minutes and installing some locks I purchased. The locksmith was professional, friendly, fast and the price was reasonable. Thanks

It has been two months since Walt, your Pop-A-Lock technician recreated new ignition replacement keys for my 1989 Cadillac at the Howell Mill road Wal-Mart parking lot. You are indeed fortunate to have such an experienced and professional locksmith like him. I am very grateful that Walt was available and that Pop-A-Lock sent him to handle my ignition key problem. Thank you so very much.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review.
I called Pop-A-Lock Atlanta as I required automobile keys duplicated. I was quoted a price to which I agreed. Within ten minutes a gentleman named Ken called and informed me he would arrive at my home at a certain time. Even with rush hour traffic, he arrived exactly on time! Ken was polite, pleasant, courteous, well mannered, well spoken, professional, and very skilled at his craft. He was able to cut a master key for a Toyota Camry from a valet key as the original master key had been lost. Very impressive! He then duplicated and programmed a Honda Accord master key with remote, in what seemed as the blink of an eye. It was easy to see Ken valued me as a customer and placed my customer satisfaction first and foremost. The price quoted was the price charged. Ken went above and beyond the call of duty! Customer service from Pop-A-Lock Atlanta is more than outstanding. All businesses could take a lesson from them. I could not be more pleased! Ken made my day!
