They always find a way to blame it on the customer. They order parts wrong, your charged again when your equipment breaks down for same problem. They do alot of guessing not well trained. Would not recommend this company if your serious about staying in business.

We are sorry you feel that way. We are Certified stihl dealer and as such there are certain test we must do to the equipment. So we can alway guarantee the work, on Stihl. Alot of the test will work on other equipment but not always. We offer a 30 day return, so if it does still have an issue we can take care of it with no cost to you. There is no guess work we have everything we need to find out the problem. We will alway strive to put the customer first and make you happy
