Had these installed to prevent leaves clogging the gutters. Turned out to be a very expensive bad move. Now rain just flows over the guards instead of going through the gutters. Wish I never did it.

After the hail storms a little over a year ago, I contracted PGRS to replace my roof, gutters, and some siding due to damage. PGRS communicated well and had my house fixed up relatively quickly. My problem is that I have one wall of siding that is way to wavy (more than a normal wall with vinyl siding would be). It was not that way before they replaced it. I contacted them multiple times about the situation. They claimed the first time that they looked at it and that my walls were framed with that wavy pattern. I highly doubt that because again, the siding was not this wavy before. The next time I called, they said they COULD come out and fix the problem. They never showed up again and never called me back. The siding is so wavy that it won't clip together properly and they were using nails in the weep holes to try and hold it together. I guess they got their payment and left this customer hanging....

We are very pleased with our new gutter guards installed by PGRS. They were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

My house was beat up pretty bad by the recent hail storms in the area. Many roofing companies were in my area offering to pay my ins deductible and other schemes which are Insurance Fraud (If you don't believe me visit the Georgia Insurance Commissioner's website "gainsurance.org"). PGRS was the only company which offered to replace my roof, gutters, and some siding and all I had to pay was my deductible. The representative was timely and followed up and the roofing crew was professional and cleaned up the area each day. From my experience only shady people would call their business practices "Shady".

PGRS sent someone to our house after we began looking for a roofing company to fix hail damage. The rep made it clear that he had no intention of doing an estimate, but insisted on seeing what amount the insurance company had given us. He would base his estimate on that rather than going up on our hot roof (10am) for which he might not get paid. Taken aback, our position was no... just tell us what the price is to put a new roof on our home. We would contract for a new roof from the company we felt would do the best job regardless of how much the ins company gave us. Frankly, this is none of his %#$^ business - it's between us and our insurance company. Still, he was very pushy and insisted this is how PGRS does business. Oh well... not with us. To be fair, I cannot rate the quality and value since I didn't have work done from this company, but Kudzu would not allow me to abstain. They may actually do great work. But Sales is a service, so I feel I've been more than fair.
