I came in to have an oil change and fluid levels checked on a newly purchased used vehicle. Precision was able to identify a concerning leak in the coolant system and were willing to provide the most cost effective repair.

These guys repaired my AC a couple years back on my Mini Cooper. About a half a year out of warranty for the work, it went out again. Since it was out of warranty I called a nearby repair place and they estimated about $2,000 to repair. So I called Precision and the manager said he would look into it. He saw it was the compressor and he went to bat for me with the compressor manufacturer and was able to replace the part for at no cost to me. His labor to put it on and recharge was under $300. I now recommend these guys to everyone I know. I appreciate the way these guys operate.

My father owned a car repair shop growing up so I am always pretty thorough about taking care of my car. On my way home to Chattanooga from Miami my car broke down and had it towed to Precision Tune Auto Care in Marietta. These guys were great. They offered to either get me a rental car while they ran a diagnostic or if I waited for 15-30 min they would drive me to the nearby mall while they ran it and I could get something to eat. They called me letting me know that it was a transmission problem and the price to fix it. I was shocked at the fair value because I was expecting to be ripped over because these guys knew I was on the road trying to get back home. They did the repair work and picked me up from the mall. My car was even cleaner than when it was towed into them. They did an amazing job on my car and gave me the work at a great value. When most business would have taken advantage knowing that I could not go anywhere else and was stuck their they did the honest thing. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks so much Scott and all you guys there.

These guys found the problem with my car in no time, afford a reasonable price and had it fixed. Most auto shops you hate to wait but the time went by with access to free Wi-Fi or I could use a computer they have up just for customers. The manager went out of his way to help and offered to drop me off and pick me up from work. If you have ever been to the Douglasville Precision Tune, these guys own that one so you get the same service and help.

I had an experience I would like to share. I brought in my 2004 matrix for a tuneup. I had coupons, but the owner increased the normal price so my coupons meant nothing. Ever since I took my car to them, it has been rattling. It turns out they forgot to close the cover on the air filter. Consumers be careful.
