After 22 years at the same OB/GYN, she retired. I was very nervous to find a new doctor, and spent a lot of time researching. I was referred to this practice. I realized immediately it's a much bigger practice, so I took some of the comments with a grain of salt. One thing I really liked when choosing a doctor was the interviews they have on their website, so you can get a feel for each doctor's personality. I chose Dr. Jennifer Aqua because she seemed down to earth and not an alarmist, and also looked close to my age (41). I had my first appointment today and overall I could not be happier! The online forms were great, as I was able to complete almost everything needed prior to arriving. Yes, there is a parking fee. It's only $4, and I think that's to be expected when visiting a large doctor's building by Northside. I allotted an extra 30 minutes just in case, and I'm glad I did, because the deck was a bit crowded. But once I found a space it was easy to get to the building and the office. It was a very busy morning for the staff, yet all the ladies I interacted with were friendly and kind, even while multitasking. Both the nurses I saw were also friendly and laid-back. And Dr. Aqua is wonderful! Just what I was hoping for as I build a new relationship with the doctor who will guide me as I head into menopause in a few years. If you don't like a large doctor's office, this practice is probably not for you. Just come in with patience and you'll be fine.

After a few visits with Premier Care for Women, I realized it should be re-named "Rude Care for Women". Most of the staff did not even make eye contact. I felt like a piece of meat with a checkbook. The ultrasound tech was especially rude and unfriendly. I would hate to be really sick and have to deal with their cold and rigid staff. The staff that are trying to be nice are insincere, and act like they are reading from a script. Premier Care's first concern is your checkbook and their second concern is that you accommodate their schedule and processes. Lived in Atlanta my entire life, and I have never been to a doctor's office that is as rude and un-caring as this one! The doctors seem to be very good, but dealing with the office staff, just isn't worth it.

I am happy to write a review for Premier Health Care for Women. It is a wonderful gynecological practice. I am a patient of Dr. Eva Arkin and have found her to be approachable, alert to issues, and always willing to listen to my concerns and answer questions. The front desk and check-out desk are staffed with pleasant, effecient and caring ladies. Nurses and medical assistants have been very attentive and kind. It has been a pleasure to be a patient of this practice and I strongly encourage you to make an appointment with one of the physicians at Premier Care for Women and see for yourself.

I am really shocked by the bad reviews. I love Dr. Cummings. Her staff is excellent, and I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I have been there very frequently recently, and every time I have gone to see Dr. Cummings, it is such a breeze. I highly recommend Premier Care and Dr. Cummings!

I was refered to the Premier Care for Women at least 7 or 8 years ago by my GP(a doctor who I most highly respect). My first visit was great! Dr. Peacock's assistant was very friendly, patient, and seem very knowledgeable about the service rendered. She escorted me to the examine room, explained what procedures were to be taken and the wait time for the doctor to come in. Dr. P walked in with a warm smile, introduced herself and proceeded with the great care that she gives, explaining every step that she took. From that point on,I knew that PCW was the place for me. The front office people have always been friendly, and polite, in person and on the phone. I've always received a reminder call, regarding my appointments and if her assistant does not reach me on the first try to give me test results, she keeps trying until she does. There's never been a message left for test results. I really care for my doctor. Her professionlism is outstanding and not only has she supported me health wise, but has given me personal support as well, all very sincere. I can't speak for the other doctors, but this one is a keeper!

I will echo the other reviews - Dr Reddy has been friendly and helpful, but the PAs, lack of service, consistent 1.5-2 (yes, two!) hour waits just for a 5 minute dr visit (PAP smears) is awful. For tests results, the PA may call, but have NO info beyond "the test isn't quite right" and are almost impossible to get ahold of. My most recent experience was my first dr. visit ever where a group of us were herded together to get our basic weight,ht, bp measurements. I'm defintely looking for a new provider!

I have been seeing Dr. Arkin since 2003 and am totally pleased with her care and attention. She has always been interested, warm, and unhurried, explaining her treatment suggestions and spending the time needed to answer my (many) questions. I have liked the several assistants she has had over this time. Unfortunately, the practice has found it necessary to opt out of Medicare, which applies to both new and existing patients.

I am very disappointed with the service I've received at Premier Care for Women. I've been going for 3 years now and this past year is the first time I've ever had a significant health scare. The doctors assistants are not very knowledgeable and very insensitive to their patients. Not once did my actual doctor call me back with test results, it was always an extremely rude assistant. You would think with an all female staff, they would practice with a little more compassion. I will be finding a new Doctor ASAP!

I am very surpirsed by the bad reviews, I have been going to Premier Care for about 3 years and have never been treated rudely by any of the staffers. I intially met with Dr. Becker and although she was great she was a little "too professional" for my personality so I switched to Dr. Cummings who is alot more upbeat, intimate and spunky. I have been happy ever since. Both doctors are great but my personality just fits better with Dr. Cummings. I totally recommend Premier Care to all my friends and family.

Two words, STAY AWAY!!! I thought I was the only one who has this issue at this practice. I've been going to the Premier Care for Women for several years on and off - I totally agree with the previous review. Given that they have improved the office visiting time but they are still the RUDIEST people I've ever met especially the cashier (checkout), Francis. Please read more detail on Atlanta. CitySearch (search for Premier Care for Women) for my detail posting complaint. Kudzu only allows me to post 250 words. Hope my horrible experience help your decision...

I have been going here for about a year and a half. I have been seen by Dr Cuming and Dr Reddy. Dr Cuming was nice and helpful. I mostly see Dr Reddy now. I feel like she has a great demeanor and is very friendly and compassionate. She always speaks to me as if she remembers me so I dont feel like just another faceless patient. They have a new office now which is very nice and fancy. The staff is always nice to. There is a lady who calls you to verify you appointments and I wish I could remember her name but she is seriously the nicest person I have ever talked to on the phone. I LOVE HER! I haven't had to wait too terribly long in the waiting room...maybe 20-25 mins at the longest. The one downs side is that you have to pay for parking. I "love" how building management wants to squeeze every time out of you. PS please note i had to purposely mispell the Doctors name to publish this.

This women's group is arogramt and borders on malpractice. If you have a couple of hours to waste and don't mind being talked down to then go ahead and make an appointment.

I saw two doctors at this practice - the first was very cold and basically told me to live with my problem. The second was warmer and diagnosed my problem. She recommended things to try - none of which worked, which is understandable because it's a difficult condition to deal with. On my last visit there, after waiting for 45 minutes in the room (after 20 minutes in the waiting room) she sent me away telling me that a certain test result was negative. The next day, her physicians assistant left me a message saying that, oops!, my test result was actually positive and that I needed to take a medicine for three months. I called back because I wished to discuss this with the doctor before I started a medication. The physicians assistant was VERY rude to me on several occasions. When the doctor FINALLY called me back almost a week later, she left me a message. I called her back literally 30 seconds later, and her physicians assistant said she was busy and that I would have to come in for a visit to talk to her about it! I told her I would NOT be back. THEN, they tried to charge me $50 to get my medical records!!!
