We needed a customer centric, professional, and responsive HVAC company to take over servicing our home's HVAC systems. After considerable research, we contacted Premier. Ms. Applegate was knowledgeable and proficient with scheduling and answering our questions. The owners, Mr. Swann and Mr. Sampson each read our emails and responded that they wanted to earn our business. Our service tech, Mr. Huecker arrived on time and conducted the service of our two HVAC systems with professionalism and considerable technical skill. Nothing less would be expected from a fellow vet. After 4 weeks, the systems are running perfectly. At a time when quality service companies are hard to find, Premier clearly demonstrates their sincere effort to be a top rated HVAC company through their actions and quality personnel.

My ac stopped cooling last night, and I called Premier hoping to get service today, but knowing it's the busy season, I wasn't expecting an appt until tomorrow. The call was answered on the first ring, and the dispatcher was understanding and helpful. She was able to fit me into a cancellation spot, and had Eric at my house within 2 hours of my call. He found the problem, and had my ac cooling again within 10 minutes or less. He was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with- He even made friends with my dogs which was a very nice gesture to me. :-) Premier has some great employees! I truly believe that I couldn't have found better service with any other company, and I appreciate it very much. I had Premier replace my furnace a few years ago, and when my ac unit needs replacing (hopefully way off in the future) I will definitely have Premier at the top of the list.

I realized Sunday morning, the 4th of July, that the AC was not working and the unit was frozen. After an attempt to thaw and an electrical burning smell, I called Premier. Surprisingly, Trish answered the telephone and told me a technician would be out that day. Trish was very helpful. Later James arrived and found the problem. James explained the issues and repaired them. James was courteous and professional, even after having to work his entire 4th of July on two call outs.

My a/c unit stopped cooling during a very hot time. I called Premier and had to wait two days (for a regular appointment. I'm sure I could have gotten emergency service.) Anyway, after a long day, Eric got to my house around 7:30 and was done by 8:15. And the best thing is that is was a small (relatively inexpensive) part and I got to use a coupon for a free service call. I can't say enough about how professional and quick Eric was. Good value with no bull. I would definitely use them again!

Steve Kenyon came to my home on a Friday afternoon and presented various options on new HVAC systems for the attic and basement. He answered all my questions and helped me decide on which system would be best. Because we had no air conditioning at all upstairs, I was eager to get new systems installed as soon as possible. Although it was late on Friday afternoon, Steve quickly made arrangements to have the systems installed on Monday. Premier technicians Nathan, Jason and Timothy worked very hard and did a fabulous job with the installation, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Despite very high temperatures in the attic, they were extremely careful in removing the old furnace and air conditioner and placed drop cloths on the carpets to ensure there was no mess. They also explained how the new thermostats operated and made sure I understood before leaving. True professionals in every sense of the word! I've told all my friends and colleagues of Premier's premier service, and urged them to call Premier rather than another company.

I don't do many reviews, however in this case I feel I must. David Carden came to my house and presented me with several options for HVAC equipment, ranging from Geothermal to the least expensive traditional units. There was no pressure to go with the most expensive systems. He presented my options in a knowledgeable, professional manner, and allowed me to choose what I could afford, that would also meet my needs. The technicians who installed my units were all extremely nice, knowledgeable and hard working. Their names were, Nathan, Jason and Timothy. I had been told by David that it might take two days to install my two a/c units and my two furnaces, but the guys were there right on time in the morning and were able to get everything installed and running perfectly in only one day. They answered every question, went over the new thermostat operation, and helped me complete the financing paperwork all in the same day as the installation. Let me say also that they were able to offer a great deal on the financing of my system since I could not afford to pay for it all at once. Anna Marie in the office was very helpful with arranging the financing for this. I kept thinking she must have made a mistake since the financing for the units was such a good deal, but she did not, everything worked out just as she said. Finally I would just like to say to Mr. Sampson, thank you. If you run a quality company like you do, the word gets around. I highly recommend Premier.

We had an issue with our A/C unit in Canton, Ga. After having called several folks, we got in touch in Premier Indoor Comfort Systems. Anna Marie answered the call. A technician was dispatched to our home the same day. Anna Marie handle the call with kid gloves and very, very professional. James Knox shows up as promised. He found the problem right away and very professional and "down to earth" explain the problem. After talking with James, I felt very comfortable in signing an Maintenance service plan.In summary, I just wanted to say what a PLEASURE it was in dealing with such a great customer service company as Premier. Job WELL DONE for James Knox.

I was out-of-town and needed my HVAC system charged with refrigerant--the system would consistently freeze up. I scheduled Premier to come out on Friday, May 7th to analyze my system for problems. I had a friend meet a Premier Service Technician at my home in my absence and was fortunate to have James Knox come to our home. James spoke to me via cell phone, explained the problem, gave me a rough cost estimate, and was very professional and friendly. When I arrived at my home after my phone conversation, James again went over all of his findings, showing me how he determined the problem, explained "superheat" readings as well!! His explanations were concise, clear, and very helpful. Above all, he was HONEST! In addition to his vast knowledge of HVAC, he was professional and courteous. He was at my home between 9 - 10 PM and yet, he treated me like I was his first customer of the day. He was patient, methodical, and was determined to have our unit providing cool air before he left our home. I was amazed that he was still working so meticulously at the end of a 15-hour day. I was thoroughly impressed and plan to purchase their annual service contract (1 year - 2 visits - $149.00). That is a deal considering one trip / diagnostic charge is $85.00. Premier provides sterling customer service and employs an outstanding service technician, James Knox. Look no further----you need to go with this company

Called for spring tune up and system check and had Premier had James come the very next day. He did a very thorough job, took photos to show us what needed to be done, and went out of his way to explain everything. He stayed really late and came back the next day to finish up. We're glad we called and appreciated James hard work! In fact, we did a yearly service contract we were so pleased.

I contacted another company first and their quote was $470. I then called Premier who quoted me $250! Eric came quickly, fixed my A/C Unit, was professional, and the cost was what I was quoted. Thanks!

Jesse - showed up as promised and much faster than I anticipated. Within 2.5 hours of the initial call he had our heat working again. No wonder they call him master heat and air prince - or something like that :). Thanks Again!

Eric is an outstanding service tech. He creates an atmosphere of customer trust and confidence the HVAC system has been well inspected ,diagnosed , and repaired when necessary . Premier is the most customer oriented company in the HVAC business . It takes a lot of effort from everyone from the top down to foster and implement this total customer care attitude within this company . My highest regards and recommendation to Premier . While most of these HVAC companies have such a large number of contract customers to service staff , they cannot possibly answer all calls within a reasonable time . This is not the case here . The staff is adequate and the call-out after hours plan "works", where its questionable at many other dealers.

We purchased Lenox dual fuel heat pump from Premier back in October 09 and I wanted to see how it performs in the cold weather before writing a review. Now that its 20 degrees outside, I can say we are absolutely happy with this system. The house is warm and comfortable and we are saving $150 a month with this new & more efficient equipment. Also, we were very happy with the level of service provided by our rep - Brent Hawks and the installation technicians. These guys were very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and respectful - everything you would expect from a service provider. I give them an A++++!

Premier Indoor Comfort Systems technician James Knox should be cloned. I have never met a more cordial, knowledgeable and friendly service person who personifies customer service. Premier should be proud that he represents there company with such honesty and dignity. Because of James I am now a full time customer of Premier. James took the time to show me where the problem was located and gave me a lesson on how my unit worked. His sense of caring and concern was unlike any other that I have dealt with in the service industry. Thanks James!!

In July of 2009, I purchased a dual-fuel HVAC system from Premier. My reason for choosing Premier was because of their excellent rating on Kudzu. The installation crew came out the next day as promised. The installation went very well. The crew finished up and cleaned up and left in less than 8 hours. The equipment is saving at least 20% on my utility bills. The dual-fuel heat is great because the heat pump is more efficient on the days that are not so cold, plus the heat pump doesn't dry out your sinuses and skin like gas will do. The gas furnace is available when the temperature gets really cold and warms the house up very quickly. I could not be happier with the installation and equipment.
