I had Ray replace a garage door motor last year. He did a great job with the repair and when I had a problem with the keypad, he gave me great advice over the phone. Two times later with dealing with calling him and getting instruction over the phone (which I was fine with) and he decided to come out and help me out with it. He took about 40 minutes repairing it, and left without charging me a dime. That is what I call great customer service.
