On July 21, 2008 we contacted Premium Roofing about putting a roof on a house in Clanton, AL. July 28 work was started. We drove to Clanton to check on the roof only to find unsupervised Mexicans who could not speak English. Premium Roofing was called about replacing a board not knowing if they understood it needed to be fixed. The roof leaks, someone fell through the ceiling, the broken board with attached with two bent nails and roofed over. If anyone should step on this, they would fall through the roof. Premium Roofing has failed to meet with us on several scheduled appointments and will not fix the roof or ceiling. Pictures have been sent to them and the proposal states "6 years labor warranty". Never will I use them again!
