I chose to have alterations on a dress conducted at this location, due to convenience. Although it is a family-run business, and all employees were very pleasant throughout the process; I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The entire process of having a dress hemmed took approximately two months to complete, and about 8-10 trips to the store. Due to the fact that there were different individuals working at the store at any given time, the dress was pinned several different times. When the alterations were initially completed, the two layers were hemmed unevenly and the hem was at least 2 inches too long. I requested to make an appointment directly with the seemstress, who did not show up for the scheduled appointment. When we did finally meet, and the dress was again pinned; she requested to have an additional appointment which she cancelled a few hours before the appointment time, on the same day. Finally, the dress was altered and the results turned out fine; but after much frustration and a huge time commitment.
