I also had a horrible visit with Prestige Dental. The new office manager, Faith, was just plain belligerent. All I asked for was an explanation of my bill and she first became defensive and then antagonistic. She told me I was "wasting her time with my questions". Can you believe this? After awhile though I understood! She smelled like alcohol! I could not believe it. I left and tried to call Dr. Tang to speak with him personally over the next 3 days and could never get through. He was always "with a patient". This office manager is not working on patients but I would never go there again. Who wants to deal with someone who is taking your money, won't give you an explanation and smells like alcohol.

Been going to this office since it opened in 2003. In the beginning, he was a dentist of high caliber with a professional staff to match. However, since his growth, his services are no longer outstanding and the staff is deplorable. My children had an appointment that we sat in the lobby for exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes. When I inquired about how much longer it would be, we were informed that the entire Dental Hygienist staff had left for the day, as well as Dr. Tang. Faith, the office mgr. never placed our chart in the appropriate bin. When I questioned her about how we could be overlooked, she offered no apologies, was very rude, and very condescending. On the way out the door, she offered my children a "toy" for their inconvenience...this was adding insult to injury. My children were very disappointed because they were so excited about having their teeth cleaned. Both their father and I called to address the issue with Dr. Tang and/or his wife Jasmine, and neither of them would give us the decency to talk with us. Their arrogance is baffling. Needless to say, that after being such loyal patients for over 6 years, we were very disappointed. It just showed us that even loyal patients are disposable and at the end of the day, just a number. I have read many NEGATIVE reviews about PRESTIGE DENTAL and I can assure you, they are all true. Check yahoo and google for more bad reviews. STAY CLEAR - LOOK FOR ANOTHER TOP DENTIST WHO APPRECIATES YOU AND YOUR MONEY.

One rotten tooth was gained due to a half-finished root canal, as well as the fact that the dentist did not wait for the novacaine to take effect before he proceeded with drilling. "Raise your hand if it hurts," he says. It was raised so high it ended up smacking him in the face! Never again.

I chose this office because of the proximity to my house, and the discount plan they offer (Avia). I took my 9 yr-old son w/ me, and had to ask them 4 separate times to put sealants on his back teeth. They just weren't on the ball at all, and kept forgetting. They also kept changing technicians on us. I was very unhappy with their customer care. I was just a number to them. They were not friendly, and I only saw the actual dentist for about 30 seconds. He was not personable at all - and didn't want to answer questions. I felt like he thought I was wasting his time. The only person that helped me was the lady at the desk as I was paying at the end. She was the only one to smile, talk to me, or make any effort at all to make me feel like a valued customer. I would have thought they would want to impress a new customer - but I was wrong. I will be looking for a new dentist.
