Our daughter received a flyer at her new home and passed it on to us. The flyer clearly states window tinting as a service offered. An appointment was made for an estimate for window tinting. Bob Wright showed up and said "I don't do window tinting." Fancy that! What a disappointment and a waste of 2 days. The upside is that he did provide another source. I think it's time to update the flyer that you are sending to new homeowners!

For our new home, I contacted a half-dozen companies for window coverings including JC Penney, 3-Day Blinds, Costco and a number of others from whom I received flyers. I chose Prestige Interiors primarily because I was so impressed with the tone of the professional, well-written flyer they mailed to me. The owner, Bob Wight came to give the estimate. He was very friendly, courteous and not at all pushy. His samples were current and in excellent condition His quote was hundreds less than any of the quotes I'd received. He installed complimentary temporary shades even though the coverings were installed in no time at all. He even had a separate specialty company measure and install my shutters. The coverings even came with a lifetime warranty! I couldn't be happier with my windows and I highly recommend Bob for your needs as well.
