I had an appointment today for a repair. Evidently the owner moved my appointment to next week without calling me...I took off from work, and did not receive the courtesy of a call to reschedule. These guys don't care about your time or schedule. I also got hung up on when I called the office to find out where they were.

We purchased a home in Alpharetta with a 10 year old spa. The family we purchased the home from referred us to Prestige Spas. We have found them to be very punctual when scheduling a Service Call, as their technicians are very professional and honest. I have read some of the other negative reviews, and wonder if they are talking to the same folks that I have been. We have decided to purchase a new spa in the near future, and after looking at all of the competition we will without a doubt purchase our new spa from Prestige Spas. We have had both Nixon and Ed service our Spa and scheduled our service through Bob and Dwight without ever having a problem. In our opinion all of these folks are Top Shelf.

Had them out to repair a leak and approved the repair.Had to call them back out and was charged again for the repair. Was told the first visit was just to diagnose the problem. The repair was done properly but took 2 trips and I was charged twice. I DO NOT recommend these guys!

I wanted to buy my first hot tub and spent several months looking at different models and dealers. The folks at Prestige - especially Bob Hunt - were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a refurbished spa from them since I didn't want to make a huge financial investment until I saw how much I actually used it. Everyone I worked with was great... the delivery & setup was quick & professional, and I loved that the next day someone came to my home to walk me through all the necessary maintenance. Great customer service and worth every penny! Thanks, Prestige!!

My sincere compliments go out to Dwight Jeffrey (The owner), Bob Hunt (Service Manager), Lewis and his install crew for the great experience my wife and I had from the time we walked into their showroom until the day our new Artesian Antigua Spa was installed. The entire team at Prestige Spas were great. No pressure at all. The affordable line of spas from Artesian comes with almost any option imaginable. I picked out the spa model and my wife picked out the color scheme. Bob Hunt coordinated everything. The removal of our old spa, electrician, the crane, and the delivery of the new one. All in one afternoon! Lewis and his team did a great job removing and installing the new one. After enjoying the spa for the weekend Nixon came out and gave us detail instructions on how to maintain our spa. We are very please with the team at Prestige Spas and recommend them and the Artesian Spas to anyone who is looking to purchase a spa. Great job! We bought a hot tub and the service was wonderful at first. We did have SEVERAL problems all of which they readily fixed. We called them for service on a NEW hot tub (not theirs) and they came with no parts, charged us, promised to come back out and never did. They refused to return our calls after that. We will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a 6 person spa from Prestige and I absolutely love it. The showroom experience was wonderful and we were asked if we wanted to soak in a display model to try it out. The salesmen are very knowledgeble about their products from the tubs to the chemicals and accessories. I would recommend Prestige to anyone interested in a hot tub. They delivered it when they said and the delivery crew was friendly and professional, the whole experience was great. If I ever upgrade to a newer model I know I can trust Prestige to hook me up!!

We bought our spa about a year ago, and have been pleased with the spa as well as the service we've recieved from Prestige Spas. We only had one problem with the spa, a blown fuse in the lights, but Prestige Spas was prompt in resolving this item covered in the warranty within a day of us reporting this. All of the staff at Prestige Spas is very knowledgable and willing to help answer questions. The owner takes a great deal of pride in designing an environment that is appealing to enjoy your spa in as well, which is something you don't often get from a larger chain, and is something we were very interested in.

We bought a spa from Prestige a year and a half ago and have been very happy with their service. We've had a few minor problems with the spa and they have fixed the problem each time, no questions asked. When buying a spa, I think a good dealer is more important than the actual brand you buy. These are great people to do business with. I drive about 20 minutes out of my way just to give them the business for chemicals/supplies, etc.

Recently placed service call that required a return visit because they failed to bring correct parts the first time. They required a credit card deposit on phone before they would even schedule. On the return visit they charged me one service call and mileage fee ($123), plus parts that I paid by a different card. Later, I discovered they charged me an additional service call and mileage on my original deposit card ($123.) A total of $246 in service calls/mileage! They apparently use the first service call as a way to generate more money, knowing full well that they won't fix it the first time. They did the same to my neighbor I referred to them. Charge is in dispute with my credit card company and I reported to BBB.

Our sales person Susan was very nice and kept us informed on all the steps of the process. We found all of the staff to be very accomodating and would try to work with you on dates, site evaluation, etc. The installers were on time. We can truthfully say the we received excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Lots of problems out of the box with the Artesian top of the line model. Prestige has been out to service unit five times and still not working. Service techs never show up when they promise. Add two hours to their estimate of when they say they will arrive. Overall not the worst buying experience I have had, and they are still working to get issues corrected, but if you spend more than $10K on a hot tub you expect higher quality product than Artesian can apparently provide. Doing it again I'd make a different purchase decision.
