We set an appointment to have them come out for our first pest treatment. We had originally received info because a neighbor was getting treatment from this company and they came to our door (new development). The office failed to send out our paperwork so our appointment came and went without a call or visit. When we tried to call the contact numbers we had (office, company and the representative that delivered the info to our home) we only got answering machines. Someone finally called us back, but if they can't handle their first visit I don't have high hopes for a second. Going with someone else.

We've contracted with Preventive Pest Control for about 8 years now. They treat the interior and exterior first time then retreat the exterior every two months. We've never had a problem. If they say they'll be there between 8 and 10 A.M., you know they'll be there between 8 and 10 A.M. Worth every penny. Much better than some "big national company" that serviced our home for 2 years prior.
