These people are crooks. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield, and this is the plumber they sent to my house. Under my warranty modification are not covered. These crooks claim to remove and install my hot water heater they need to do a water line modification. I've been in the construction industry for 20+ years and removing an old water heater to install a new 1 requires no modifications outside the scope of installation. This is another dishonest business taking advantage of warranty customers. There are no water or gas leaks so what are they modifying? I would be surprised if they knew what modification means. Take the cash option, and find another plumber. I would rather give a honest plumber more money than give these crooks 1 dime.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company was used by my home warranty company AHS to replace a leaking hot water heater, they stated that they had to rip out the stand that my hot water heater was on and redo the venting, wiring, etc to accommodate a larger tank because the size I had was not made anymore?? (Uncovered charges)I call bull crap my home was built less than 7 years ago. Take my advice refuse this company if your home warranty uses them!! They will charge you for unnecessary uncovered charges equaling over 6 hundred dollars in unnecessary expenses that from my experience was not even in Chesapeake city code when I went to sell my house 9 months later!! The inspector told me the size water heater that was installed was a commercial size for apartments not a single residence home and I had to pay to redo the stand and work done by this company in Oder to sell my home and have in code. Hundreds of additional dollars without any assistance from American Home Shield who claims they are not responsible for the companies that they choose for you and contract to send out on your behalf...what a rip off

My home warranty company referred Price Right Plumbing. It was a great and easy experience from start to finish. They were professional and informative and best of all the job was done quickly and correctly! I would definitely call them again for plumbing issues in the future.

I was referred to Price Right Plumbing through my home warranty company. First, let me say that they showed up during the alotted appointment slot (unlike others). I had several plumbing issues that they addressed thoroughly and professionally. He was respectful of my house and cleaned up after himself. And the plumber took the time to make suggestions that I might do to prevent problems in the future. Their secretary was most helpful in setting up the appointment. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company. An Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE! Assigned thru AHS. Plumber brought 1 pair of pliers, spent less than 5 min in the house looking at the faucet, reported non-covered condition to AHS. Then demanded $125 before he would turn off the water and properly diagnose the problem.

These individuals came to our home via a home warranty to fix our leaking water heater. Came on time, looked at the water heater, told me it needed replacing. Told me they would be back in an hour and half with replacement. Four hours later, no return. Called them and was told that it was "too late" to come back today, and that they would have to come back tomorrow. Absolutely no communication with me. So, turns out, I have to take yet ANOTHER half day off from work to get back hot water. Very unprofessional, horrid customer service. Would never have them come back for ANY plumbing problem.

There were two men who were on time, very nice, and took care of my issues very quickly. They fixed my leaking toilet and replaced my water heater the same day I called them.I will definantly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

I had an appointment scheduled with Price Right and my tenant regarding a broken dish disposal for a Friday morning. My tenant found out on Thursday evening what the problem was and was going to call in the morning to cancel. In the morning the tech called her super early to confirm her appointment and she said she had gotten the thing fixed and needed to cancel the appointment. They guy on the phone said ok, and that he would take care of it. The company still charged me the $60 fee for doing NOTHING and refused to credit my account. Do NOT TRUST these RIP OFF MASTERS!!! Joe was VERY RUDE to me on the phone and his female secretary was super rude to my tenant when she tried to call.

I thought my water heater was broken so I called my warrenty company and they send me these people. I have no idea about water heaters and my husband was gone and I was new in town so I did not know anyone. All that needed to be done was the tempature needed to be turned up. So not only did my warrenty company have to pay but so did I. I had to pay $65.00 it is not the cost it is the principal of taking that money from you was all you did was turn a knob they could have been nice and only charged me 1/2 the price or nothing. I feel like they took advantage and they could have had me telling people good things but that is not the case antmore.
