I bought my Primo about 10 years ago. The grill words great and is similar to the Big Green Egg. I call it my "Big Grey Egg". It heats up fast and is easy to start the fire in. Much of the natural charcoal I use in it is saved for the next fire by just closing off the vents. Natural Charcoal, which is what you use in it, doesn't have the noxious chemical that is often used by other grills. Over time the band that holds the lid on must have loosened and the top fell off and broke. I didn't check it regularly. They gave me everything I needed to get me up and running again' at no charge. I'd buy another in a heartbeat. Only thing different I would do is get the oval one that is larger!!
