My husband and I visited this school and fell in love with the staff. We were looking for a school for our 5 month old at the time. The infant teachers were very involved and seemed to have a passion for their work. We visited the other Primrose school at Wade Green (excellent facility there) but there were no openings available. We took the initial steps to enroll our daughter and were told to pay the deposit upfront. The next day, I called the school and informed a representative there that we would like to hold off on the enrollment until my husband heard back about a potential job relocation. The representative told us that they would hold everything and just to let them know when we're ready to move forward. Two days later they cashed our check ($150) without our consent. Mind you, we never even completed the official enrollment application. Our daughter did not attend the school for one day, yet we were being penalized.I was quite sad about this considering that we really thought they could be trusted. When I asked for clarification on this matter, they just said they could not issue a refund. Terrible excuse! Overall, the teachers seemed very friendly, so I won't blame them for this one. But unfortunately, the management is not helpful at all, and for those reasons I will not recommend them to any parent. Thankfully, we found a great center that we are in love with now. Perhaps we dodged a bullet by not enrolling our daughter here.

I am a parent of a student who is in her 2nd year at this location currently in private kindergarden. Last year we received excellent service with our private pre-k year. However the school struggled with making the decision about a private kindergarden class for this location. We were so impressed with our first year that we waited and decided to keep our child at this location based on what was communicated. Primrose philosphy is to teach each child based on their academic ability and this year is a complete disappointment. This year is like daycare. No real academic structure, miscommunication across the board. The children take really long naps and does alot of art work. Her current teacher is teaching absolutely nothing compared to what she already knows. Total waste of ALOT of money. I would encourage anyone considering this location not to enroll their child in this private kindgergarden program. However, the private pre-k class is SUPERIOR...

My child attends Primrose and has been in the infant room for about 9 months. Prior to Primrose, we used an individual to provide care for him while we were at work. We had decided against "daycare". We decided to make a change after we began having issues with reliability. We visited several facilities and noticed a huge difference between Primrose and others. Primrose is exceptionally clean and well run. Our son's teachers are excellent. He has really formed a bond with several of them. My husband and I have such peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands while we are at work during the day. We appreciate the hard work they put in every day and cannot thank them enough.
