The worst period. Deceptive billing practices and poor service. Quoted a number and was told that it may be perhaps a few dollars more, 10-15% more depending on the insurance. Ok with that. Then my insurance rec'd 4-6 different billings, which even they couldn't understand. Dr sent out tissue to another Dr for analysis without my permission which I was billed for as well. I suspect he gets a fee from the other doc for that. Never followed up after the surgery as well except to ask for more money. Now they are threatening my 18 yr old with legal action and ruining his credit if I don't pay this double amount of what they said the fees were. Stay far away in my opinion.

Dr. Prinsell is great; however, Jenna in the billing office is terrible to work with and her practices are very deceiving. She will squeeze every dime out of the patient rather than let the insurance company cover everything.

I am 4 months pregnant and already weary of having any work done in my mouth, but Dr. Prinsell was so great! I had to come in for an emergency extraction, and wanted in ASAP due to severe pain. The office staff was able to get me in for my consultation within an hour of me calling, and the surgery was set up for immediately afterward. They even called my OBGYN to make sure novocaine/laughing gas was okay for baby. I expressed to Dr. Prinsell my fear of the dentist, and he was entirely sympathetic, stating that he'd talk me through the infected tooth's extraction. The entire process only took about 15 minutes, and the 2 assistants that were in the room with me were also wonderful. One of them let me squeeze (crush) her hand while the tooth was being removed. A few hours after getting home, Dr. Prinsell called me personally from his home phone to check up on me, and stated that if I needed anything, "even at 3:00 am" to give him a call. After wishing me well, he reminded me that after I give birth, I'll be due in again for my wisdom teeth removal. I will absolutely go back to him for said operation. Now, if I could only find a dentist this amazing! I highly recommend this office for any oral surgery needed!

I made an emergency appointment with my Dentist last week after I woke up in excruciating pain. My dentist referred me to Dr. Prinsell for a tooth extraction. That was Wednesday at 9:30. That same day at 2pm I was in Dr. Prinsell's office. His office staff was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Prinsell was great and as another reviewer said his "chair-side" manner was remarkable. I would be comfortable letting him take care of my Mother or my child. As for me - I'm healing. Had a bit of swelling and mild bruising but that's normal. Procedure was painless and that painful tooth is GONE! Thank you Dr. Prinsell.

My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Prinsell did the consult on the same day as the surgery. He is kind and gentle, which is a bonus when you are facing removal of all four teeth at the same visit! She went in on a Wednesday, (By the way, he called that evening to check on her..) and she was back at work on Saturday, with a very minimal amount of pain!! I highly recommned this Dr. His Office personnel are very special also!!!!
