I got my gown and bridesmaids dresses from Atlanta POB, and I loved the look of all the dresses on my wedding day. But that is the only good thing I can say about POB. The consultants at the Atlanta salon made me stand outside in the heat for 15min until the salon opened at exactly 11am. I went in to try on the sample of my dress for my friends, and they pulled the wrong gown. I had three alterations appts, after which I asked them to ship the gown to the Minnesota POB (my wedding site). They said they would, and confirmed they had when I called 2wks before my wedding. But luckily I also called the MN store, who said they absolutely did not have my dress. After a 2hr panic attack during which my dress was "lost," the dull staff figured out the dress was still in Atlanta, unaltered, 2wks before my wedding. And the only reason I figured that out was because I am hypervigilant. I would have been a bride without a gown. The dress eventually made it to MN, but when I tried it on at the MN POB, their alterations lady was disgusted by how terrible the Atlanta alterations were. I wouldn't have known the difference (I'm no gown expert), but she was kind enough to redo the entire hem, sideseams, bustle, etc. and the finished product was much better. My bridesmaids were also treated poorly by the Atlanta staff, and one of their dresses was ordered in the wrong size. I reported all of these problems to the manager, who did nothing. Avoid the Atlanta POB!
