Issues: 6 min service call, charged us $57. They don't treat weeds between Apr and Nov (whenever the temp may possibly exceed 84), even though we purchased deluxe service with crabgrass treatment "throughout the year", as per their service agreement. They won't come out to re-treat, even though the agreement says they will. Rude and poor customer service.

Mitola, Environmental Specialist II, dated 10/13/08 CASE REVIEW: Mr. Tedder believes that Pro Lawn Plus has not treated his lawn according to his contract by not providing crabgrass control as requested. Mr. Dennis, Mr. Carmouche and Ms. Navarra do not recall speaking to Mr. Tedder about his weed control problem. My inspection did not show evidence of heavy crabgrass infestation or bare spots from a heavy crabgrass infestation that had been pulled up by Mr. Tedder. Therefore, I am unable to prove that Pro Lawn Plus is in breach of their contract terms by not providing crabgrass control. I also am unable to prove that Mr. Tedder requested an extra service other than his own statement. This will conclude the field part of the investigation. Please note that the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has no authority under the "Structural Pest Control Act", Chapter 482, Florida Statutes to arbitrate any claims for personal or property damage or adjudicate settlement.
