Installed new insulated garage door, motor etc. paid $1,500+ They installed incorrectly, used wrong size spring, didn't operate correctly, door did not close & seal fully. After several attempts to fix by Owner-finally asked them to leave my property. Had to hire another company to fix & they said this company installed poorly. Sent Certified letters demanding refund of $350 I had to pay other company to fix. Letter never signed for. Reported them to BBB & all of their suppliers. Will never use again & recommend you don't.

Called into the office and found the office to be very friendly and personable. I ordered an internet special and I was told the door would be installed within 24 to 48 hours, as stated it was installed within 24 hours. The price paid was what I was told and compared to other companies it was very competitive. I found protech to be a breath of fresh air because they were so easy to deal with.

Will recommend this company to friends and family. On time, resonably priced, and reliable. I live out of town and needed a spring replaced on my rental property and Protech gave no hassle with billing or service. Good Job Protech!

I was referred to this company by a church member and Protech lived up to the quality of service I was told. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and the price was fair. I will certainly use this company again.

Torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday. Called Pro-tech first thing Monday morning and they had someone out there by noon and fixed it in no time. Price seemed appropriate except for the 29$ service charge which I did not know about until time to pay. Other than that they did a great job.

Good: Mike, the service guy, had a great attitude and the co-owner receptionist was very helpful on the phone with deciding if/which type of new garage door I should get to replace my faulty one. Not so good: There was a good bit of miscommunication over prices, fees and service charges though. The co-owner and I worked to a mutually agreeable resolution, but there was definite frustration over it. I honestly don't know if I would go back to the company or not. It seemed to be too much hassle in the end.

I called around for a company to replace my springs and out of five companies that I called only two were willing to quote over the phone Protech being one of them. Their receptionist was knowledgable and the service technician was polite and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Protech to family and friends. A++ Company

Tried to repair my broken garage door from this company. Initial service call was $29.00 which good, so I asked them to come out and fix my stuff. The issue was unbalanced spring and the 90% broken still wire... and he asked me to $380.00 to complete the 15 minite call. Well, is this fair market price? I asked him to stop it, and he asxked me to pay $29 anyway. This is my first time to pay the $$ for the estimate. I called another two company for the estimate... both company got free estimate.... One come up with $85.00 including the parts.... and the other come up with $70 + parts.... which costs $10.00 for two wires. Since I never get a service from this company, I do not know actual queslity of the job. But, their costs are way higher than other fair market costs. For your reference.

Called on Monday and had a new garage door opener installed by Wednesday. On time, and no hassle. The only thing I take issue with is the $10 "fuel surcharg" was not quoted prior to installation. It's not the $10 that bothered me, just the way the tacked it on, hoping I wouldn't see it.

I needed to replace an existing steel garage door. Price: Pro-Tech was very competively priced compared to the competition. I compared a total of three different companies. Service: Pro-Tech was very patient during the process of providing information to questions, and they provided great recommendations for the type of garage door that would be best for my needs, and guided us away from not so good options. Overall: Highly recommend Pro-Tech for your garage door needs.
