I purchased a new filter for my pool less than a year ago. I have had nothing but problems with this filter. They don't know what is wrong either but send people out to fix what they think is the problem at my expense. This filter is under warranty. Tom was to come out last week I haven't heard from him yet. I have called and he has not returned my calls. All I want is the pool filter to work. I have had a pool for 30 years I know the chemicals that correct the problems. They are trying to pass the buck. Hayward the pool filter provider was willing to replace all the insides of the filter but Tom somehow talked them out of it according to Hayward. Its the end of June almost and I wasted $1000.00 on a pool filter and still have a pool I can't use. I am retired and do not have money to waste. I have had to contact a consumer advocate and hopefully I will get some action. I don't want anyone to go through what I have. A pool is for pleasure but dealing with this has taken all the pleasure away. I am sick over this.
