Progressive replaced my entire system a few weeks ago and I was thrilled with the service and professionalism shown by the entire team! From start to finish, the experience was pleasant and I was kept informed about every step. They even provided a portable AC unit to use after my unit completely stopped working until they could install my new unit! Thank you so much!

They nursed my old system along and when I yelled new system their pricing and service beat the competition. They put in a new system and its great - they threw in free maintenance service for a year to boot! Great warranty on the unit too!

My A/C system went out. My basement, by design, created a unique hurdle but they were able to design a new system to obtain the most efficiency possible. The pros of this company were clean, prompt, courteous, and fast. The price for the quality I received gave me the confidence I was getting a really good product and a company that would stand behind it.

As we sit in our warm house this cold Sunday morning, we can't help but remember the 19 years of never having a "warm" home. Thanks to the whole team @ Progressive Heating & Air, we not only have a warm home, but last summer we had a "cold" home as well. It has been marvelous! The crews at Progressive preformed professionally from sales, installation, follow up, trouble shooting, customer service, it was all done well. They replaced my complete heat pump system, which included a total duct replacement (including registers), relocated my new heat pump to a more quiet side of the house, along with installing a state of the art thermostat! The folks at Progressive Heating & Air should be your first choice in your next heating and air deal. Thanks, David & Camille

My air conditioning unit quit working this morning in the middle of August. I searched and found Progressive Heating and Air. The tech came out when the office staff person said he would and determined that a dirty filter (negligence on my part) caused the coil to freeze and discontinue airflow. He gave me some good tips on the best air filters to use for maximum air flow and cleanliness. He offered to clean my outside condenser coil, a service I consented to, and only charged me for the cleaning and the previously agreed to service call fee. He was professional, friendly, and courteous. I will be calling Progressive again without hesitation the next time my unit needs maintenance.

I had an issue with my unit, after speaking with the owner Greg, we were able to work it out, and resolve all the issues. I appreciate him taking the time to hear "the little guy" and following through on his word in a timely manner. Overall satisfied with their work, and professionalism. I would recommend them to friends, and I plan to use them in the future.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback! We thoroughly appreciate the opportunity to work with you!
My 11 year old Amana A/C unit quit in the middle of summer. I called and spoke with Betty from Progressive Heating and Air that afternoon and their technician Robert came out the next morning. He changed out a bad condenser and I got a free tune up courtesy of EMC. Robert was very friendly and professional that I decided to have their sales rep Dusty, come out and give me a quote on a new and more efficient system. Dusty's recommendation for my home's heating and cooling requirements was spot on and he worked with me on pricing and financing. I now have a high efficient 14 SEER Rheem 3.5 ton variable speed furnace with fantastic parts and labor warranty and a free 1 year service agreement. Their installation team, Antonio, Miguel and Hunter did an incredible job. I wish I could post a before and after photo. My home cools very well and heats really fast too. Samantha with quality assurance followed up about 3 weeks later and submitted all the paper work for me to receive a $300 cash back rebate from Rheem. These folks are all around a professional team. Thanks Progessive Heating and Air. Herb L.

After 23 yrs we needed to replace our heating and cooling units down stairs. Shopped multiple companies and Brands to include Carrier, Lennox, Heil and Rheem. Progressive beat them all. Got higher SEER rating with 2 stage furnace for the best price. Professional instilation and great sales follow up. Heating and Air was still working so I had time to do much comparison shipping. Progressive came out on top. Bill M. White Oak Community

I was having trouble with our AC on a Friday afternoon after 5pm. I was very happy they could send someone on a Saturday for regular time charge. I would have suffered through otherwise! They came out and found the issue in 30 minutes-even rechecked everything else to make sure-reasonable rate and nice service man!! I will call them next time for sure! There are some not so good hvac people out there-call Progressive heating and air and save yourself some trouble.

I have a 110 year old house that has never had decent heat or air. I called Progressive, they did an assessment, identified the issues, recommended the solution. I did some research to validate their findings and they were spot on. I engaged them and due to my having 2 HVAC systems and it being a cold spell, thet sent a team of 5+ professionals. They delivered as committed and my house is finally comfortable. BTW having proper heat caused my 2 thermostats to compete and caused other issues - they immediatley connected both HVAC system to one thermostats without any questions, even though it was outside the initial agreement. These guys are the best I would never use anyone else. Mark Winter, Newnan GA

I have used Progressive for 4 years for my businesses, home and rental properties. They are very efficient, friendly and always responsive to my needs. I have not experienced any problems with the techincians or office staff. I did have one problem with a new unit and the very next day I found Dan and Greg investigating the problem before I even had a chance to call. The defect was fixed promptly because of the great service Progessive provides. Very trustworthy and knowledgable. This is a wonderful company!

Right now, I am sitting in my house without air conditioning because of this company. A technician comes out last Friday after my air conditioning unit goes out and says that it needs a new part. OK, I call on Monday -- the part's just been ordered and be until Wednesday. I call on Wednesday and the receptionist there said she would call me back. She never does. I call today (Thursday) -- the tech has one more house then he should be there. I call again an hour later -- the tech just got sick after being in a hot attic, it'll be tomorrow. And I'm locked into a service agreement with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY'LL ONLY MAKE PROMISES and WILL DO NOTHING!!!!! It's too late for me to call someone else to come out today.

I had been dealing with an idiot for three days and still didn't have any air. I called Progressive heating & air on a Saturday morning and they were at my home by noon. Dan came out and within an hour my air was working. The price was really reasonable and the service was professional! F. Bibbs, Fairburn, GA
