Great building! Moved in Jan 2012 and couldn't have had a better experience through the leasing/move in process. Alex Hollander, the manager of the building was friendly, accessible, understanding and very helpful in helping us make sure Provence Island was the place to move my family after we had to short sell our house in Granada Hills. We chose this place because of how clean and well maintained the property is, as well as the managers great service and attitude. Most of the other places we looked at in the area were runned down and had college students every where. It was difficult to even get a hold of a manager for us to look at what they had, and when we did get a hold of someone we just felt put off like we are a nuisance to them. I recommend this place to any one looking for a spacious and quiet building the area.

I have been living here for over 4 years. Nothing EVER get's fixed! The pigeon poop problem is SO bad in the upstairs apartments that the whole place smells of Sulfer/Urine. The BBQ has not worked in over TWO years, and I have asked MANY times to get this fixed! The garbage downstairs in the parking area is always overloaded, and the garbage shute (They only have ONE!) is always stuffed full. The management is ANOTHER story. They have had 4 or 5 NEW managers in the past 4 years! Molly, did NOTHING and the place fell apart. The Other one was a dope head, and always high or drunk, and NEVER in the office. The LAST GOOD ONE was a short, mature, hispanic woman (I forget her name). and SHE was here for about a month and things started looking up. The front door was fixed, locks fixed, Intercom gate worked, and she was always in the office. One day SHE was gone, and when I asked around I was told be one of the Mexican cleaning guys/Landscaper, she was forced out because she wanted to spend too much money on fixing the place, correcting problems, etc..etc..The one we have now, Deanne, is RUDE, get's NOTHING done, and does not want to hear about any problems. I have tried for 3 weeks to get a screen fixed to NO AVAIL. I also asked that some of the tagging (Kids from the loud school across the street Tag the place almost daily!) be painted over and was told by her, I"m the MANAGER, do I look like a PAINTER!?!?!" I understand we will NOT
