Units much more expensive that competitors. Very, very poor customer service. Customers are made very aware that any employee forced to assist a customer is wasting the employee's time. Advice: If you choose/are forced to do business at this location, get everything in writing from them. Get a receipt for any transaction, and make sure that they give you a final, non-monetary receipt showing you have moved out. They do not generally return calls. Public storage does not trust employees enough to give them the authority to make any decisions - even the site and property managers. If there is any issue, go immediately to the next manager up in the corporation.
