STAY AWAY! This guy does not understand customer service, dishonest, no character, and has no business ethics. Robbin the owner sucks you in, then treats you like absolute garbage as if he is doing me a favor by working on my boat. We had a signed/executed contract, however days before I go to pick it up, he decides to add $600 worth of charges that I did not approve! He proceeds to hold my boat hostage, thus have no choice but to pay. Damages my boat then says it was there before. Charge me $300 for cleanup fees? Another $250 for ordering more supplies because he did not measure correctly? Isn't this what you do for a living and does this estimate mean anything? NO.........he says that's why it is called an estimate and prices are subject to change. Bunch of BS is more like it. If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This man is a complete waste of time and his workmanship quality is overall not that great. I would rate his work at a 6.5 out of 10, but just having to deal with this dishonest man, would bring him down to 1 out of 10. His shop is all the way up in Gold Bar, not in Ballard. You can find others in the area, do not use this scum.

This guy is a piece of work. The owner of this company seems to forget that customer service is a product unto itself. His attitude is that not only are you (the customer) wrong, but he is doing you a favor by working on your boat. Steer clear of this company or at least demand several customer referrals - You'll be quick to see what I'm talking about.
