I signed a contingency contract in Pulte's Vinings community at builder's closeout. Pulte waited 4 weeks then told me they had a buyer for my unit so I'd have to decide whether to purchase. That was 2weeks ago and the place still doesn't have an actual buyer. They tried to manipulate me into purchasing with scare tactics when my home was still on the market. I'm still trying to get my $5K back from them. Do yourself a favor and buy from Wieland instead.

We purchased a pulte home last year and have had numerous problems that include gas, electrical and landscaping. Pulte will promise you the moon but at the end of the day things will not happen. Buy a used pulte home but not a new one. I can't tell you how many days I have had to stay home to wait for Pulte's subcontractors to come and re-do their work.

houses are thrown together, work left unfinished but covered up so as to make it look complete. No gutters on houses, tops of windows unsealed, and rain water pouring from roof down into the shell of a column. Invest in something well-built so you'll get your money out of it when you sell!
