Steve was the ONLY one to even bother with a call back on a Sunday. And as of Monday still the only one. Came out first thing the next morning, unclogged my main line to the septic tank, and all is well. While I hope to never need them again, they will be the only ones I call if I ever do. No more nights in a motel. Simply Excellent.

Steve (the owner) was very honest and went out of his way to help us. We asked him to come out to get an of our septic system for our DFCS Foster Care application. He inspected the system and found a crumbling cement exit pipe that was original to our 1986 house that was causing the system to drain improperly and would eventually cause a backup. We fixed the pipe and he didn't charge us for the inspection and letter for DFCS (other companies were going to charge us $150). Two months later we were having a patio put in to our backyard and were worried that the workers may hit the drain field as they were excavating. Steve came out FREE OF CHARGE and identified where the tank was located and where the drain field started so the workers wouldn't hit it. Unfortunately the workers had put a footer 3" above the new pipe but Steve said it may or may give us issues and told us what to look out for and how much it would be to fix if the patio people had cracked the new pipe. His exact words were "I don't want you to spend money if you don't have to. So let's just wait and see if there's an issue." I would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest assessment of their system & quality work!

Extremely professional, prompt, friendly service at a very reasonable price. I needed my septic system inspected and pumped for a home sale. Steve came out and took care of it the next day after I called. I had used the bigger company that advertises everywhere around here in a pinch once before, but they provided horrible service and robbed me coming and going. I will never make that mistake again. Thank you Steve! Your company is a class act, and I highly recommend Pumpco Septic to anyone in need of septic services!

Pumpco did an exemplary job at my house. They called right before they were heading over, they were professional and very helpful. Their pricing was way below competitors pricing (over the phone) and they stuck to the pricing when they did the job even though they went over and above what they came out to do. I would recommend Steve's team, they are knowledgeable and honest. Thanks guys! Laurie in Dacula.

Right from the start and all the way through their service was efficient, and informative. The guys were great; both on the phone and in person they took the time to describe the process, and provide educational/informational insight into the process. I highly recommend Pumpco Septic. Other septic companies might be somewhat cheaper?? I didn't feel like I was paying a significant premium for the awesome customer service we received. They also were very upfront about pricing, and what the base rates where. Other places I called just gave a base rate, and didn't even mention there were many situations where it would cost more.

I called Pumpco to get my tank pumped and scheduled a time. They were on time and the price was as they quoted. They were very nice and respectful. I will call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Brock came out to do a routine septic tank clean out. I had not not used Pumpco before but found Brock to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He did an excellent job. I plan to use Pumpco again in the future and have already recommend their service to several of my neighbors.

When your tank is open is the wrong time to begin thinking about how to handle the situation if they say you need additional services. This company will actually do a septic tank pump for the advertised price (in my experience), so on that count it's fine. But I recommend you do some research beforehand and discuss with them when making the appointment what additional things might be involved. For example, cleaning out your main line might be recommended; ask them what the'll charge. Then look for alternatives yourself: a plumber can it do for you cheaply or you can do it if you have a decent access port. Replacing your effluent filter is not a big job. Filters can be had online for $60: the key is tank access, which is not convenient. You can do it yourself if they leave it open, or you can re-open it with a shovel (doing so by hand would probably take an hour unless your tank is buried very deep). Also note that filters usually can be cleaned with a hose(according to the DeKalb Co. septic page, "What You Should Know about Your Septic System", available online). I thought that the prices I heard from the staff who pumped my tank were far higher than I expected based on labor and materials for additional work (especially when you consider the labor involved in pumping the tank and what the price is for that). As I said, when they have opened your tank up is an awkward time to try to do research. Be equipped beforehand and you should be fine.

Thank you for your kind review!
Pumpco was very helpful, patient and explained everything to me about my system. I had another company out to look at my issues but, what they quoted me seemed way to much. Pumpco charged a lot less to fix my issues. I am so glad I called them! I highly recommend Pumpco!

Pumpco Septic just left our office after rebuilding our Septic Tank. They are incredibly easy to work with. they are kind, very informative and let you know each step of the way. To come out in the snow and frozen ground and do their work is great. Our office didn\'t even know we had a septic tank so you can imagine all the roots and problems that we had. But after just a couple of hours they had it repaired. Very dependable, very easy to work with and very very accommodating.

We had pumpco come out to the house to empty our septic tank because our downstairs toilet was overflowing when we ran the washer that's on the same line. Before they even opened the tank they said it could be the pipes draining out in the yard from the septic tank. They opened the tank, immediately said that was the problem because of where the sludge level was. They ONLY used their camera in that line, didn't even check the main line under the house, and concluded that this is where the problem was and it would be $3400. And when we asked them just to empty the septic tank for the $149 price they said they wouldn't do just that without doing the other "repairs"!! Although Alan was nice and tried to help but the boss that told him no was a jerk and wouldn't even give us referrals for companies that would just do that! Luckily we called around and found www.rrseptic.ccom and he came out said the septic level wasn't high enough for that to be the problem, he drained and flushed out the main line which had ALOT of sludge stuck in it and told us how to fix the side line that he couldn't reach, ourselves! And it was a GREAT price and amazing service from Reliable Rooter, call them ASAP!!

Most everyone has heard of a septic tank, but not necessarily the two other components associated with them. The septic tank, along with the drain field and all the pipework that goes along with the two, comprise what is referred to as the septic system. We at Pumpco Septic, LLC would like to explain how each of these components work and how all of them work together.
