Charles is an extraordinarily motivating personal trainer. I've been going to see him for 6-8 months and notice a significant difference in my muscle mass and cardiovascular health. The other terrific thing about Charles is that he is serious about "no more excuses". I travel for business but somehow we pretty much always find a way for me to get in 2-3 workouts per week with him - before work, after work or on the weekends. He stands behind what he says!
