I took my chihuahua and pitbull to get their nails trimmed, and because my chihuahua peed on her, and was scared to death to get her nails trimmed, she brought her back out and in front of everyone told me that her nails were too long to cut, and dont bring her back. she then grabbed my pitbulls leash and started dragging her to the back and my doggy froze in fear, and was trying to get back to me, so the groomer very loudly and rudely said " why dont you just take them both and try somewhere else". NEVER AGAIN! she dont have to ask me TWICE!!!!!

I had been taking my mini schnauzer to Puppy Cuts for years! A friend of mine got back into grooming to make a few extra dollars, so I had been taking him there for the last year. Because she was too busy to get him in, I called what I thought was still Puppy Cuts. Yes they still have the name but definately NOT the same quality or service. They completely cut off his beard and eyebrows saying he was matted and had to cut everything off. I just trimmed his brows and KNOW they were not. When I asked about it the groomer was very rude and told me that I needed to take care of my animal better! The rest of his cut is uneven. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR GIVE A 3 YEAR OLD SCISSORS AND LET THEM GROOM YOUR ANIMAL!

I have been taking my pets to Puppy Cuts for years and love Carolyn. When I called to make an appointment for my dogs in July I was told Carolyn sold the store and they are new owners. I had a 20 min conversation about my dogs and their service and experience. When I picked up my dogs and brought them home, I realized one was limping. I checked his paw and I did not see anything. I called and asked if anything happened to my dog? The girl said he was scratching at the cage so maybe that is how he hurt his paw. I waited the night and he was still limping. I looked at his paw futher and realized that they cut his name to short and that was the problem. The next day I took my dog back and asked why they did not tell me they cut his nail to short. The laughed and said they did not cut his nail to short. I walked out and will never go back. I WARN OTHERS DO NOT GO THERE!

I have 2 scottish terriers. Took them here a couple times in the past. Was $65...called today they wanted $41.00 each..that is $82.oo for both...HUGE INCRASE in price. I usually take them somewhere else - $60 for both. Only called them because my usual groomer was out of town...I will wait for her to come back and will never call here again. Also when I called them for a price, the girl who answered the phone acted like I was really putting her out when I asked the price because she had to ask someone else...bye bye Puppy Cuts!

I was thrilled to see that Puppy Cuts was open again. Once I got there, I was told that they were under new management and had a new groomer. When I arrived to pick up my 11 year old Lhasa Apso, I was told I would be receiving 10% off. When I asked why, they told me that she got a "little cut". I had to ask where it was and then she showed me that it was behind her front right leg. She is a blond dog and there was blood on her leg as well as her body. They still charged me and I took her directly to the vet. The vet took her straight to the back to "clean the wound and evaluate the damage." After 20 minutes, the vet came back and told me that she had to cut the hair down around the wound to be able to clean it properly and then she had to use surgical glue to glue it back together!!! This "groomer" pretty much chopped a chunk of my dogs skin off! We now have to put medication on it twice a day and watch for infection. The worst part is that the groomer said, "It's not a big deal. This happens all the time." If it happens to her all the time, maybe she needs to find a new profession. When you get home from picking your dog up from the groomer, you should not have dried blood all over your hands...I did. BEWARE!
