Quality Quest is one of the worst employers I ever worked for. No one seems to really know what's going on, as those running it have little if any administrative skills. And the health care component is mostly a joke, as when health issues are brought to the nurses' attention, they are put off or dismissed or told to work with the family. Sharrie Follmann is especially hard to work with, as her people skills are severely lacking. She's 100% unreasonable regarding employees in regards to times needed off from work (i.e., personal illness, doctor's appointments, children's events). This company is 100% profit motivated. And the clients' needs are NOT put first, as to turn a profit, they will try to continue keeping clients in their own homes who would be better served (with better met health care needs) in an assisted living or nursing home. I would definitely NOT recommend this company as an employer and not to care for your loved ones at home either!!!!!
