Corey and his co-worker were very pleasant and interested in my problem, offering solutions. I was very apprehensive prior to their arrival due to a previous bad experience with another company.

Experienced an under shower leak that soaked 2 rooms of my home.....of course it was way after normal hours (10:30 pm). Not my AAA vendor but I chose to use Quick Dry because of the positive word of mouth. They were prompt & professional managing damage control and preventing mold and mildew. Special thanks to Quick Dry rep Kelli Lau for her over-sight! Great job!!

Quick Dry was very prompt in responding to our need for assistance. We were paying cash for the work they did, and they were amenable to working with us on the pricing for their services. They did a professional job, and our overall experience with them was positive.

They were very professional in a stressful situation. They did everything they could to protect our wood floors, furniture and walls. They were helpful with advice and their concern was doing the best thing for our home and advising us on how to proceed with repairs. In addition they were prompt about keeping their appointment to pick up their equipment. They worked with us on payment and were great. If we need a flood service again, I would call them.

I found this company to be the most professional I have ever worked with. My Insurance company tried to bring in one of their preferred vendors which I allowed. The company was obviously cutting corners and trying to save money for the insurance company. When I confronted them, they stated they worked with the insurance company and not me! I kicked them off the job. I had Quick-Dry come in and they worked for me and looked out for my best interest. I did some research on the internet after the flooding was taken care of and I was blown away about how many lawsuits have been filed against the insurance companies preferred vendors. These preferred vendors are parasites.

Quick-Dry answered my call quickly after I discovered flooding damage in my house. Quick-Dry always exhibited a willingness to communicate and address any concerns I had and fully explained the work they were carrying out. The employees of Quick-Dry were at all times very friendly, helpful and very professional. When I found that my insurance did not fully cover the costs involved in repairs etc., they did not hesitate to work with me to find a fair price to charge.

My mother called me at 10:30pm frantic that she had water all over her back hallway and bedroom. I went over to see what was going on and she sure did! They sent out her insurance preferred vendor. These guys reeked of smoke and one had multiple tattoos around his neck. My mother was not comfortable with them and asked me to tell them we will make other arrangements...great,now what. I called Quick Dry and they were there in 40 minutes. These guys were awesome! Clean cut! The other guys the insurance company sent out to fix the hot water heater that caused the leak even told her she was in good hands. My mother has told this story to her friends over and over about how late it was for her to go through this but she was glad she called quick dry! Thank God I was there to see this all unfold. Check out the companies you have in your parents houses. Mimi Nguyes

Where do I start? I called Quick-Dry Flood Services a few weeks ago and that was best thing that I could have done! My pipe broke in the upstairs bathroom flooding my upstairs and downstairs of my house. When did this happen? On a Sunday, at 2:00am. Of course, this stuff happens always at the most inconvenience times. I called Quick Dry and received a live person. The General Manager answered the phone and not some answering machine or service. I was greeted as pleasant as you can at 2:00am. I told him of my problems and they sent someone out quickly. They arrived at my house 40 minutes after placing the initial call. Now that's service! They vacuumed up all the water, removed my soaking wet pad from under my carpet, removed wet drywall and baseboards and placed some drying equipment. This is when the fun stopped! I called my Insurance Company the next day and I was bullied into trying their preferred vendor. What does that mean? It means; use their company that works directly for them. These preferred vendors could care less about your needs but only the insurance company needs. I know this first hand because I had a flood about 7 years ago. My insurance company said I could use Quick-Dry because they worked with them previously. The adjuster that came out only cared about trying to deny my claim and attempted to pay minimal monies. I Googled my insurance company and Xactimate and found tons of lawsuits against both. What a shocker!! Not!!

I called Quick Dry for a home flood after a water pipe broke and flooded our downstairs. They estimated $3,500, but invoiced $10,672. Now they are threatening collections and a mechanics lien AFTER my insurance paid them an 'industry standard' rate. Please call your insurance company first for an approved flood services company. What a headache.

There are many good water clean up companies in the area. Quick Dry comes across as the good guys until you get the bogus bill with work charged that wasn't performed. I used this company about 6 months ago and saw this outlet for reviews. I read a lot of reviews raving about this company; they were probably written by the owners. Do yourself a favor and do not use them! Like I said, there are legitimate companies that are listed on the BBB
