OMG this is the worst company to choose for your communication needs. they are the worst, i can't explain how ridiculous their service is. yes they might have some great deals going on, but they are not clear of them. they make it sound like they are the best deals you can imagine of but yet there are hidden fees that you learn of on your first bill. ridiculous and RIDICULOUS!!!! i tried to clear it up with them but after speaking to 5 CS Reps it was unsucessful, i even spoke to a manger there, OMG they are RUDE! they are not caring at all and they don't even care if they lose me as a customer, no wonder they are not rated #1 business in the valley. i would not recommend anyone choosing services with them, unbelievably horrible!!!! if i didnt have the option to switch over to COX COMMUNICATIONS i rather stay without any services. i will never do business ever again with QWEST and i beg anyone else not to either. they highly stink in customer service and their services are a lie!!!! if you wanna save money and get a great deal for your communication needs, trust me and switch now to COX!!!! its worth your money!

Qwest is THE WORST! We spent 3 hours on the phone with 20 different qwest employees trying to get the problem THEY created fixed. Everyone we spoke to was completely rude and did not inform us properly. After all that time on the phone with them they still did not fix our problem and when we threatened to switch to cox they did nothing to try and keep us with them. QWEST HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I suggest you use cox or anyother provider but qwest.

This is possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have never done what they have said. They have messed up my bill everytime for over a year now. I wish I had never gotten involved with qwest. Dont do it.

250 words is not enough to explain the incorrect billing practices, lack of a descent working phone or internet, and the fact that when you do call; they will transfer you all over the place. You can't talk to one person and solve anything. They also charge you random things that have no justification to it. When you call to solve the issue you just get ran around because nobody has a flipping clue of what is going on. I was told by 3 different employees that there was a mistake on my bill, but they couldn't fix it; therefore, I should go ahead and pay the incorrect amount. These guys a seriously corrupt and not even smart enough to know any better. Bankruptcy and a whole new management would be the best thing for this bureaucratic exuse of a company.

It has happened to me, I had been with Qwest for over two years until just recently. I had everything from Phone, Internet, Cable and Cell service. Each month my bill would get higher and higher until January 1st my bill hit an all time high of over $1300. I called customer service and was told by Lyle that I should consider myself lucky, my bill should be higher. I came to find out that over the past two years all the calls that I thought were free were infact not. Both the cable and internet would go down for hours at a time and no one was willing to deal with the issue. I finally got all my service shut off and moved to another company

I too am one of the unfortunate souls that has yet to escape from the tyrant clutches of Qwest home telephone service. I have been subjected to them and their unethical rates and business practices and all I can do is pray that one day the valley will get another company in here that can help establish a new level of service. They are over priced, the customer service is more like DIS-service . They are dang close to having a monopoly!

Qwest has been the only provider for certain services for along time. They were charging well above normal prices and charging unnecessary fees to people. I would highly reconsider before signing up for any services with them.

their price 4 life is misleading. So is their tech support. You change 1 thing in your package and that voids your contract and the right to live. You'll regret it. Their tech support is only open from 8a to 5pm weekdays. Sometimes open til 7pm...if they feel like it. They're based in Utah and Colorado so go figure what religion is taking over that company.

I did not work with this customer directly. I offer personalized service and I wished customer would have called me directly to set up service. I would hope that if anyone would want to leave a review, it would be on myself.
They just don't seem to care anytime we had issues. I went to their competition.
