We are pleased with the work that was performed for the price we paid. Several aspects of the project were more complicated than we originally anticipated, and Daryl was willing to work with us to resolve the issues. I'm glad we chose to go with a contractor who could provide the plumbing in house since a large portion of the project was adding the second shower head, altering the tub/shower configuration, and installing the new tub. Upon meeting with Daryl, I was under the impression that he would be at our house managing his crew on a daily basis. This was not the case and there were several instances where miscommunication between Daryl and his subcontractors resulted in unmet expectations (tile guys didn't pay attention to details) or schedule delays (2.5 week timeline stretched to 4 weeks). It also meant that at 38 weeks pregnant, I was much more involved overseeing the day-to-day work which could have been a problem if the baby had arrived early. Ultimately, we are happy with the final product but would have preferred knowing that I would be managing most of the details when we signed the contract.
ProCon Services demoed the existing master bathroom tile, shower, tub, vanity, and countertop. ProCon Services added a second shower valve, rerouted shower and tub plumbing, laid floor and wall tile, installed plumbing fixtures, replaced electrical fixtures, hung mirrors, and installed accessories. ProCon Services also painted the walls, ceiling, and trim. I provided tile and grout, plumbing and electrical fixtures, vanity and countertop, glass shower enclosure, and accessories.

I engaged Pro Con Services in June 2014 for painting and bathroom grout/caulk work to prep my house for sale. I contacted this contractor on a friend's recommendation, but gave him my business because of the thorough walk-through he did with me to get project details and his willingness to work with me on scheduling, which I greatly appreciated. Not only did his crew do a great job with the painting (over dark paneling and brick, completely modernizing and transforming my den--see pictures), but he was able to point out a basement water heater pipe that was not up to current Code requirements and handle that work for me due to his plumbing background, which was a value-add because I was preparing my house for market and would not have wanted that Code deficiency to appear on a home inspection report. This contractor is very conscientious and will perform all work to your standards. If you are detailed in your SOW and punch list and clear as to exactly what you want, then you will be very happy with the good work and outstanding service provided by Pro Con Services! I highly recommend this contractor.

This is my first experience with a contractor that actually has initiative: I called Pro Con Services the first week we moved into our newly purchased 50 year old home to find a licensed plumber. Unfortunately, they could not come out to give me an estimate within 2 days and I told them I'd look elsewhere. I obtained 3 quotes and the following week, Pro Con called me. They came by the house and showed how much they wanted to work with us. The work started on July 24 and finished July 25. They were on time and in constant communication via text and phone. The work done: (1) Installed a new thermal expansion tank (2) Replaced PRV (3) Installed a whole house water filter with 2 new ball valves shut offs (4) Replaced the water heater (5) Installed a proper sediment trap for water heater and furnace (6) Replaced the trap for the master sink (7) Fixed water lines (and additional electrical and drain hook-ups) to dishwasher and refrigerator (8) Installed new dishwasher and refridgerator (9) Installed a black hard pipe from gas line to the furnace (10) Installed a trap for the kitchen sink (11) Removed condensation pump from AC and piped the condensation drain line to the home septic. The job done is honest and clean. We will be hiring them to take care of our major plumbing work.

Pro Con Services assisted us with cleaning up and remodeling a rental home. We live out of state and the previous tenant destroyed the house. Pro Con Services managed the whole process from removing trash, cleaning & painting the entire house, installing new flooring, kitchen cabinets & countertops, lawn cleanup and new sod. Daryl was very responsive and put our mind at ease while dealing with everything from out of town. Pro Con Services prices were competitive and I would recommend them and use their services in the future.
