There are not too many dealers in the area. I didn't want to go to Newport News. The salesperson was really good. Shamim and the manager, Chris, were very down to earth. They wanted to be sure that the Forester was the right car for us. They went over all the buying options, including leasing, and then they let us think about it. There was no hard sale "today only" price. And then when we decided to buy the car, he went through all the features, making sure we knew what the car could do for us. Financing worked with us very, very well. He explained the ins and outs of what we were signing. He was able to get us an extended warranty for not too much extra, so that was great. I know they are a family owned business. It's the best driving car we have ever had. I'm going to buy one for myself in about a year.

We asked our son what he wanted for his 18th birthday. He said he wanted a red convertible Corvette. That was a few months ago. I asked all my buddies to keep an eye out if they saw a red Corvette convertible. One of my friends called and said the car was on your lot. So I rushed down there, looked at it, and bought it the same day. Scott Cruise was my salesman, he did very well. I had a trade and we worked out a very nice price. I've never been here before and other than this experience, I haven't had any dealings with them. But, I would certainly tell someone about my experience. Very pleasant, no problems. It's a wonderful car, he loves it. I drove it a couple times and it really is nice. You know, the 2014 Corvette is pretty nice too. You might just be talking to me again this year.

I had bought my previous car at RK. Jason, the used car manager is great. He is really excellent. I saw a truck, but after I test drove it, I decided it wasn't for me. There wasn't really anything else that interested me, so I was going to leave. Then, I saw this guy drive in with a white WRX. He just wanted to know how much it was worth. I snatched up a WRX that the previous owner just brought in for an estimate of what he could get. Yeah, I bought it while the engine was still warm. Jason helped to put the deal together. It was great. Jason went through four banks to find me the best rate, I am satisfied with that. I love it, it's a Subaru, that is so amazing.

I had an experience with them in 2005 when I bought an Equinox. That was a good experience, so I thought I'd try it again. I did go to other dealers; they wanted to short change me on my trade in and they tried to cut off my legs on the price for a Traverse. I don't like being played for an idiot. So, I came back....My salesperson here was really good. He was very cordial. He actually cared about my needs and my family. Yes, he wanted to make a sale, but he wasn't just there to take my money. It was phenomenal. No complaints. The Traverse is so comfortable that we're driving down to Disneyland. Yes, I have three boys, a 12 year old and two little ones. There's enough room that they will all have their space. From the salesman, the floor manager, the guy where you sign off.....everyone was great!

I was driving by, I knew what I wanted, so I decided to see if they had it. I told him exactly what I wanted. He took me right over to the Colorados. He didn't try and sell me something else or question what I wanted. He showed me the models they had. Financing did their best to get me in and out quickly. And at the same time, he explained everything about the sale and the truck. I'm loving it and I'm quite happy. It was outstanding.

RK happened to have the exact car that I was looking for. And I got it for $3,000 less than any other place. Of the 27 cars that I have purchased in 72 years, Chris at RK was the most outstanding salesman I have ever encountered. He has a great career ahead of him. I saw the car. I looked the car over and over, and over again. Then, I went to another dealer and looked his car over and over. And, then I came back to RK. I get more comments on my car. Just outstanding.

I have been shopping around for quite a while. My dad's first car was a Chevy, so we decided to go to RK. That is where I saw my Aveo. The sales lady was really nice. She went over my credit rating and talked about different way I could finance the car. She even told me ways that I could do to help make my credit stronger. She was nice. I am very happy with my first purchase and I do like my Aveo. I feel good, it was the first car that I bought by myself.

I just happened to be driving by, and I decided to go in. I'd been looking for a new car, and I'd pretty much gone to every dealership along the way. Yeah, a lot of work and it wasn't too much fun. But, now I got the car! My salesperson was nice. He lowered the price for me. He seemed very knowledgeable about the car. The female finance manager working there was very helpful. She explained everything to me. It was good, real good. Everybody was pretty nice. They made it easy for me.

I walked in there and in less than an hour I drove home in my new Camaro! I decided to go there because it was closest to my home. The salesperson was very good, he knew his job. And his job was to get me into my Camaro! Everyone was real nice to me and I was happy that I got my car. The experience was superb, excellent. I can't stop giggling and being happy!

I had bad experiences with other dealers and RK was like a breath of fresh air. I had talked to Durinda back in December. I told her what I was looking for, but she said she didn't have anything available at that time. She said she would keep me in mind and get back to me later. And sure enough I called her back, she had exactly what I wanted. She kept her word. She didn't show me anything that was not in my price range. I had told her I wanted a four door car for my children and that's what she showed me, nothing else. I liked the way she kept her promise to me. Everyone there was very supportive. They went over everything with me.

Because of Ron, this is my fourth car that Ron has helped me with. He is awesome. I call them up and tell him what I'm looking for and then when he finds it he gives me a call and I come in and buy it. Yes, he is my personal salesman and I am his personal customer. I work with them all the time. They know what they're doing. It is always great!

They had exactly the model that we wanted already on their lot. Our salesperson did very well, he followed up continually to the end! The finance department was especially good, they were very thorough. I see a lot of commercials for RK on the television. It was pleasant and easy!

It was excellent. I had a Silverado, but wanted something that had some room but got better gas mileage. I didn't have a salesperson, I worked completely with the manager. And that was great, none of that back and forth stuff. The guy could make the deal right there. Everything was quick and professional. That was awesome! They worked with me 100%!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and stopped by RK Chevrolet. I found one that looked nice, but had to be out of my price range. I was looking for a mustang, this was a mutang gt. The salesman approached me and offered a test drive. I turned it down because it must have been out of my price range. With no price tag on it, I asked the price. The salesman evaded my question and insisted a test drive. I took the drive and returned. After asking the price again, he assured me we could make a deal on it that would work for me. He took me inside and sat me down with him and his manager. His manager refused to give the price and insulted my intent to purchase a vehicle. Saying things like "You aren't ready to buy a car." It wasn't until I spoke with the GM of the dealership that I found out that this man was not even a manager. I was lied to and felt harassed. I was 17 or 18 at the time. If any car dealer will try and take advantage of someome, RK Chevrolet will do it.

I researched prices before I bought my Suburban and knew I got a good price. But what really impressed me is how they have taken care of the car since. We have kids and I like to own vehicles for a while so keeping the car in shape is important to us. I genuinely appreciate the detailed service and the comfort in knowing that my family is safe on the road. Thanks, guys.
