Jorge is not perfect, yes, he made a mistake that could have happened to the best of the techs. He did not go back to fix the mistake because it was his wedding anniversary (18th) we had plans and we explained to this customer the situacion.He sent us a furious email about bad mouthing us and threathed us to take us to court! He was a recurring customer that always got a super deal from us. He knows it, but he is too arrogant and self absorb to even notice.He was always trying to get stuff for free and make deals as to fool the extended warranties.We gave him his money back right away, it took him 3 months to cash the check, why is he blaming us? ungrateful, But there is always a bad apple in the bunch.

Had George replace a flange seal in my toilet. This was on a Friday. Didn't have it centered properly so sewage spilled all over my bath area. When I called him back to complain he said he couldn't come back out till Tues. Didn't try to find someone else to come back. Just left me hanging out to dry. I called a mobile repair to come out and fix his mistake. Charged me $70. When I asked him to make good on the money difference he agreed, but it took 3 months for him to due so.
