Bought a new 2018 Keystone Cougar. One month later got a email from Luis Colon stating parts had arrived for repairs? Tried to contact Luis for a month and finally had to go to corporate to get a call back. Told the problems were found when they took delivery from Keystone. They sold it as new and never told me of the problems and to bring it back in for repairs. Matthew and Kevin in parts very confrontational and bullies. .Do your homework as I didn't and I learned a very expensive lesson. Run from RV World of Georgia Larry V.

I was interested in trading in my motohome, either for consignment or trade-in. I was trying to get some preliminary idea of what my coach was worth.... I called early in the morning and kept getting the runaround. Finally, I was told to go to their website to fill in the coach information. Called again and spoke with sales manager....more runaround. I gave up! Then, I get an email explaining that they were too busy for me because they had a customer purchasing a trailer! And they suggested that I work too fast!! I asked for contact information for the general manager and was ignored. It is obvious that they were not interested, but why not say so instead of wasting my valuable time? I have spent a lot of money with their service department and will never return to them again. In this day and age, there are plenty of other places to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I already had several people ask why I went all the way up to Georgia when Ocala has such a selection and Lazy Days is so convenient. I just have to tell them the deal is just part of the reason the experience of working with the staff at RV World of Georgia sold me The sales, Financing and service team were all just great and if I ever buy again I will gladly travel the extra distance to deal with the crew at RV World of Georgia. Thanks for everything Dave Reynolds P.S Looks like my assignment here in St. Lucie nuclear site will finish up in just a few weeks, my next assignment should be Oconee Nuclear site in Seneca SC just up the road from you. looks like I will get the chance to live in my new RV till probably the end of this year (give or take a year) Thanks again Dave, Darline and the Skunks want to thank you for finally getting their own room too.

I want to take a moment and thank EVERYONE at RV World of Georgia. We had been looking specifically for a Winnebago Chieftain 39T. When we found one there, we were on the road from Oklahoma within minutes - really! RV World went miles above anything we expected for a used coach. From the big ticket items, like new tires, windshield (it had a small crack) BEFORE we even committed to the purchase, to the little things like a burned out bulb, the folks at RV World made sure this unit was right before it left. While the entire staff gets a huge thank you, I'd like to single out Jon, our technician, for a herculean job of replacing the refrigerator cooling unit at the last minute, knowing we were anxious to get on the road. Jon, thanks buddy, you are awesome!

Looked at RV that some had put a deposit on was told if we put $1,000.00 down we would be next to get RV if deal did not work out. 4wks late got call asking if we wanted RV said we did. Taked to fianance they wanted $4,000.00 more deposit. We were to call back with info. After 2 hrs we got a call and they stated it had already been sold. So they kept my money for 4 wks and they sold it out from under me after me waiting ....They could not wait a day for me to call them back after having my money for 4 wks .And then they did not want to even say they were sorry,,,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they talk out of both sides of their mouth and dont care as long as they make sales.....WILL NEVER GO BACK and I hope you dont go there if so BEWARE

Everything has been great from the salesman (T.J.) a no pressure/nice guy, to Louie the parts manager who was very pleasant, to Paul the service rep. He went over everything thoroughly and is extremely knowledgeable. We are so glad we found this place! A big thanks to our new RV buddies!

One of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. T.J. was very professional and assisted us in every manner. He made buying our RV an extreme pleasure. Jeremy was extremely informative and helpful. Overall, this is a professional business period.

RV World has THE BEST RVs in GA! A friend and I went to take a look at them for the first time because my friends family was thinking about investing in one for UGA Gamedays. Eddie, and his son Eddie Jr. were extremely friendly and helpful! Their RV/Campers are PERFECT for Gamedays and I found the customer service to be excellent. Would refer them to anyone!!!

Well we bought a brand new camper two weeks ago. We have been so excited to go camping. However, today we got a suprise. The finance person, called my boyfriend to tell him he needed to re-sign another contract, that they had not added in the sales tax. Well I work for a finance company and it is not right for a company to have a customer sign a contract, then come back and say oops! forgot to add something in. NO THE COMPANY HAS TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Well the employee first said he would send the papers through the mail and we could send them back. Then my boyfriend said he would have legal rep. look over it. He then freaks out, comes to our town and harasses my boyfriend at work! He then calls my boyfriend for the 20th time to tell him he took the camper. (for the record, there were no missed payments, no past due anything. He took the camper with our personal effects in it over us not wanting to re-sign a contract that we shouldn't have been asked to re-sign in the first place.)So we filed a report of stolen property with the police and the owner of Rv world of ga called us to appologize saying this is not how they did business. He knew it was against the law to do what Bret did! This is a VERY VERY VERY SHADY business.(can't stress this enough)They were unprofessional from the get go. They first wanted us to sign the contract and get everything going without letting us see the final amount we would be paying. Think very hard if you are thinking about buying a camper

Sales person was wonderful...The problem is my husband and I bought a new Voltage with the understanding that we were living in it due to work and any warranty issues would result in the service department coming to our campground. This was ok'd by the general manager so we proceeded with the purchase. We've had to almost pull teeth to get them to honor this. The service manager has not wanted to send anyone out to even check out our problems that consist of (1)Cable lines were messed up, one of 4 TV's would work. He told me that "TV is not a necessity". (2)Main AC unit would not work-eventually was replaced. (3)Hot water heater will not work on gas...still not fixed after 5 months..in fact I was told by the service manager that if I would pay the service tech $218.00 an hour for 2 hours travel (only takes 30 minutes to drive to park) he would have him to come and fix the hot water heater. I told him that I thought that $70,000.00 was more than enought to pay to make sure that the hot water heater worked properly. I would in NO WAY advise anyone to buy from this dealership if you plan on using their service department. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!

I've only dealt with them once a few months ago as I was at my wits end to repair a faulty auto park brake. Otherwise, they are too far from me to use on a regular basis. They figured out the auto park brake proble, so I give them credit for that, however they supposedly patched the shower dome as it was leaking. However, it immediately leaked after they did their supposed patching (which, by the way, I could not see that any patching was done). When I informed them and asked for my money back, they refused and said they could not refund money on patching. Ridiculous! You either stand by your work or you don't. And they didn't! So I wasn't too impressed with that!
