Philip Tyler installed a radon mitigation system in our house 12 years ago. I am checking the radon level every 5 years and it works. My level is 1.2. He was very professional, fast and very reasonable. Big companies do not like him because of his pricing. He is one man company.

The owner, Philip Tyler, performed the initial radon mitigation install, but then took the fan for a product recall. He scheduled times to replace the fan on seven different occasions, but failed to show up each time. He never let us know he wouldn't be coming and didn't provide an explanation for not showing up. He has ignored our phone calls and messages for five months and still has the radon fan he was supposed to install. I checked the Better Business Bureau and he has done the same thing to many other people and he also ignores calls from the BBB. You should avoid the owner and this business at all costs. UPDATE: Owner is a scam artist. Look this business up on BBB. Nine other people report the same con.

My experience with Radon Mitigation of Georgia has been disappointing from the beginning. He was incredibly late showing up for the appointment, didn't have a contract (had to use an old one out of his truck and wrote my address over the old one), took over 2 months to get someone out to test our radon levels and then never sent us the results. Tried faxing us someone else's results. Still hasn't sent results or had it re-tested.
