Mr. Ignacio Ramirez arrived on time to review my property and give me an estimate on the work I wanted done. The price was fair (imo) and we scheduled for the work to be done on Saturday. Based on a few reviews here regarding scheduling issues and not returning calls, I called Mr. Ramirez on Friday morning to confirm -- he answered the phone and advised I would see him on Saturday as scheduled. They indeed did arrive on time on Saturday. The work took about 6 hours with the crew taking a 45 min lunch break. The crew consisted of three teams: the first team did the tree climbing & cutting and they placed the limbs etc in a pile and left when they were done. The second crew arrived 10 mins later with the mulcher and mulched all of the limbs. A third crew then arrived and grinded all stumps. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up all debris. It is December and maybe the time of year a customer contacts a tree service makes a difference in scheduling and returned calls, but I had a very positive experience with Ramirez Tree Service and would not hesitate to call him again.

Had Ignacio Ramirez scheduled for 8 a.m. yesterday to do tree work. He did not show and when I called him at 845 he said he would be out at 2 pm. At 330 I called to see if he was coming and he became very belligerent and hung up!

I had a great experience with Ramirez Tree Service. I understand other reviewers' points about this company's scheduling issues. However, I'd rather work with somebody who is crazy busy and has trouble keeping up with all the demand than, say, an operator who needs to scrounge up business by going door-to-door, which can be an ill omen. The Ramirez crew worked very hard and had a great attitude. They chipped hundreds of bamboo trees, cut down a large dead tree, scaled and limbed up a sweetgum that was dangerously close to my house, and removed a number of smaller trees for a reasonable price. Cleanup and debris-removal was thorough. I'd recommend this company for sure (but, yes, you might have to wait to get them out to your house).

Responded quickly to my call and came out within 48 hours. Good with removing debris but don't trust your trees to them. Didn't know how to prune...or where to prune. used chain saw to prune leyland cypress...disaster. don't take the bait.

It never ceases to amaze me how they can take down these enormous trees, this time between my house and fence, without causing any damage to anything around. Ramirez has a team of very skilled and hard working guys. In addition, they left the surrounding area cleaner than before they arrived. Another great job! Thanks!

It was a couple of years ago when I used Ramirez tree service to remove five trees from my property. The experience was awful. They damaged my fence, my driveway and a brick wall on my carport. When I refused to pay until the damages were repaired, Mr. Ramirez tried to continue kicking down the damaged brick wall. The only way I could resolve the situation was to have my wife start calling the police. The crew also was seen dumping the mulched branches and waste in a local school parking lot. Stay away!!!
